This phone is really awesome. For a so called mid runner.. Feels extremely well built, has amazing sound through headphones, takes incredible photographs. Front and back camera. It is very fast all around, with a beautiful crisp display. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a super a quality large phablet. At a very reasonable price. Fast charging. Excellent signal, WiFi and 4g. For me personally I find it faultless.

You say what you have experienced with your XA2 ultra (which is magical with rainbows and a pot of gold at the end, I might add) and I'll say what I've experienced so far with my Xa2 Ultra. If someone has negative/ positive experience about a certain product, don't we have the right to say something about it? I'm just honestly saying what I've experienced so far and because my opinion doesn't align with yours, you call me a troll? Come on. How old are you, 12? If you're an adult, how immature are you? Can't take negative comments about your precious XA2 Ultra? You can say what you absolutely have to say to this product, I too can say what I have to say about it. This is the "Opinion" section which we can say our opinion about the PRODUCT! Not everyone is experiencing what you've experienced using this product (which is all positive). So don't call people trolls if they are saying negative things abour this phone. It's their right of opinion Douchebag!

Terrible phone lags overheats. Camera is terrible low light and when use the flash to help I get a halo effect. Used the phone on a trip to Spain and it just kept overheating... Internet freezing.. Pages lock up.. Really disappointed. My friends Motorola had none of theses problems.. I Did all updates still useless.. What can I say I would not buy another Sony phone just not good enough

I bought this phone last year, December 26. Up until today, even with all the needed updates, this phone's wifi sucks. I'm a casual online gamer and I love moba games. There are other brands of phones here. Samsung, huawei and even an iphone's wifi is stronger. Please, for the love of all that's holy, either buy other brands or buy other sony phones. Even the Xa ultra have stronger wifi connection than this rubbish Xa2 ultra. I WISH I CAN GO BACK IN TIME AND NOT PURCHASE THIS PHONE!

The issues of interrupting WiFi, 4g and Bluetooth, was solved for the zones where the firmware was upgraded. Look for XperiFirm software. After that the device is now working perfectly. So shut up all of you if you don't give a damn about it!

2 words.. "Don't buy". I bought this phone last year, December 26, 2018. After a little over a month, I seem to be having difficulty in connecting to wifi. My other phones doesn't give me this kind of problem ( Lg G3 stylus, samsung j7 prime). XA2 Ultra is a no-no.!

I purchased this phone in a BestBuy store.
My phone Service provider is T-Mobile.
At first loved the phone: Good display, 6" display, USB-C...
However I discovered pretty soon that the firmware does not Allow LTE nor VoLTE, as a result I lost several call (to me) and the quality is pretty poor in weak signal area.
Spent lots of time with T-Mobile... and Sony tech support, both finally admitted that theses features, just don't work.
I asked Sony if they could update the firmware, to allow enabling LTE and VoLTE by default (like on most phones now!), and it seems that they are not able or willing to do this at this time. I expect a call from t-mobile, but I admit being feed-up with how difficult it is to get this phone fully working: quite a shame...
I shall probably return this phone shortly and get another phone...which just work !
