i just buy it, get HOT for no reason , not update it yet is is worm , video quality is great but pictures are just OK , take long time to focuses .

NOT TRUE. transferring ur apps from sd card doesnt solve the internal. issue. ive been there.. done it. and still. the same. i have 82% internal. storage with little apps on my phone. THATS the only. I have the xa ultra since a week. And it has indeed. A software problem. But my mayor problem with the phone is the extern storge I mean the SD card. My phone. Dusn,t even support 128GB. It can only take 64GB. And according to the specifications it should be able to take on 256GB. What's the deal here?

It's my second Sony Xperia xa ultra, and I'm still experiencing the same problem as the first one. A brown line on the LCD screen hardly 3 months I have the phone, the first one it was one month and I'm told it can't be repaired. The irony about it I'm on contract

Yesterday I bought this phone (I had the option to choose a Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime but I chose this one because of the 21MP camera) and when I got home and my boyfriend called me, he couldn't hear me at all. The microphone wasn't working unless I plugged in the headphones. Today I'm going back to my carrier to find a solution. Should I get a new Xperia XA Ultra or should I get a Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime?
