DONT BUY this device...this is my first and last handset from sony ..I used sony xperia xa ultra for 2 months..very bad gps signal always lost thats because it has weak antenna.also the battery drains too fast you may charge it 3 times if you are a heavy user..also touch screen not so good sometimes heavy...you can use the mobile phone for photography ONLY...I SOLD THIS PHONE AND I WILL NEVER GET SONY product AGAIN...NOW i got infinix zero 4 plus and i can say it is faaaaar better than xa ultra although infinx is not from higher brands like sony

Anonymous, 23 Jan 2017Is it ok to buy sony xp XA Ultra? Sure, but keep in mind, the battery of this smartphone is AVERAGE, if you are a kind of people like me :) who spends a very long time by using their phones, the battery may not last too long.

Purchased in the month of August. Others are unable to hear my voice, if I restart my phone it is working fine. Battery I don't know how it is behaving..... 🙃 now headphone jack not working..... Please help me to troubleshoot the issues.
