After using just for one year (warranty just expired recently) now phone auto shuts down every time even at full battery level. i have already done a factory reset and still the problem was not solved. then i got a local service man to repair the IC and installed the latest version. but unfortunately phone still shuts down and can not start. need to keep about 10 minutes then switch on. But again shuts down if connected to internet. Can someone tell me what is this issue and what is the solution for this?

Sony mobile is good but this x peria xa ultra very bad battery as need to improvement battery side .

This is just a fundamental phone of SONY. A few advanced functions. 21MP camera but the picture is not the best...

After one year of use....i tell you that this phone is really nice and awesome...good looking,good performance, amezing UI, no complaints about battery life, and all ways this is a very good mid ranger from Sony...you must go for it without any doughts...belive me.

This is great phone for me,every thing is perfect,but one thing 6" display,it"s best to stream video,for browsing any thing,how to carry it now when You have only jeans pocket,it"s just doesn"t fit.I pooled out from drawer my old BB Q10 and use it,till get cold.

It never gives me headache, I like it the most since it has 3gb RAM. No loading moments. It also depends on how you take good care of it. I really love it. The only thing is, its really hard to look for availabe phone cases, and tempered glass for this phone. Overall, good phone 👍.

Notorius, 21 Apr 2018-Because they want you to buy the new Xperias Any maker,Android platform, does the same-one big update for midrange phones,then only security patches.
When You buy high end device,you have two years support and if You are lucky,can get two OS update,if released in that period.

Good phone. Small battery is not a problem, I get two days on one charge. Too bad it doesn't have double tap screen wake.
Unfortunately, this model has a long history of wifi problems. Not connecting, authentication failure, losing wifi for no good reason. Restart usually helps, but how many times can you restart your phone???
If you go to Sony support forum, there are multiple threads about that. Sony support people know that it's beyond repair, so they are instructed to pretend that something is wrong with your router (even if you have ten other devices connected to it).

Don't buy this phone because Sony has announced that they will not rollouts oreo for this phone only for this phone and another phone got Oreo 8.0 like xperi xa1 ultra, xa1 etc why Sony will not rollouts Oreo for xa ultra anyone has an answer ??

when I put my micro sd cad at first to this device it erase all the data in it automatically... :'( plz don't put your sd cad without any backup .

This phone really works for me,I don"t mind to switch on and off data,or wi-fi,disabled some apps that I don"t use,keep location off-mostly,this save me battery life.Display is great,speaker just the best,not stereo though,have it around 70% on and microphone too good,reception is great,even in places that I didn"t have with Iphone,don"t use much camera but still make good photo by my opinion.This phone makes every thing I need and even more,don"t see reason to look around,hope Sony will change the list for Oreo update and XA Ultra will be included too.I think this phone not for person who like to keep screen on more than 5 hours per day and not for heavy gamer,the rest will be happy to use it.

I am using this phone. One of the worst phone i ever used. It's having many software issue. Very bad user interface. Very Poor camera experience. Not recommend to buy.

Im using this phone for over a year. One thing I dislike is i got a single sim!well my bad coz i ddnt checked it. Its battery life is only 2700maH, so unbelievable for a 6.0" display. The camera is great but not too good for low lighting on rear cam. and the worst part is its internal memory of 10gb which is not enough for an android esp for updating apps.The satisfying part for me is its selfie cam of 16mp which is so natural. Im planning to buy huawei nova 2i to replace this first sony phone i have. Still im thankful for its service..:)
