I just bought the phone 1 week ago today and I think it's good so far but here's my issue we pay anywhere from 400-1000 dollars for these bloody phone and they all come with shitty earphone the ones that Sony a brand known for superior audio won't even stay in my God damn ears I am so passed at this at least apple and Samsung sends the ones with rubber tips that stay in the bloody ears. I mean come on Sony seriously this is bloody ridiculous your cheap Pos. Earbuds have lousy quality and won't stay in the freaking ear.

I just bought this phone and I regret buying it.it says clearly 16gb internal.but then I bought a SD CARD 200gb.im verry disanpointed bcuz everything I download is going internal and not directly to the SD CARD.I tried googling and youtubing.nothing works.only I like is the camera.excellent.21 MP I. The back and 16 camera for selfies.

I love it as far as I'm concerned it's the best phone I've ever had but not Everyone likes big phones. I don't use my computer or iPad anymore I just use my phone. My plan including taxes $70 Unlimited everything including data.

When i am using it, sometimes it shows'ui system has stopped ' and screen turns into black. Then i have to restart my phone. Is it major issue. I buy i 4 days ago

CAN'T UNDERSTAND, 28 Nov 2016WHEN I TRY TO OPEN AN APP OR SHARE A PHOTO ON WHATS APP I G... moreI also faced the same exact problem. This is due to the high security feature of android 6 and above. The only way to turn it off is to factory reset the phone. Sorry but this is THE only way.

Does xa ultra dual phone having wifi connectivity problem that mean some Sony mobiles will works upto small distance from router . Not able to connect like other mobiles have anyone tried means just reply please. Thank you

Tap Settings, Permissions and turn Storage on " . When I tap on settings and permissions and storage, I get this message: Screen overlay detected - to change this permission setting, you first have to turn off the screen overlay from settings - apps. "Open Settings'. When I tap on "open settings" there is no "apps" option. When I go to the main settings on desktop there is "apps" option. When open it shows all the apps on the phone. when I tap on whats app it shows storage, data usage , permissions, notifications, open by default, battery use and memory. When I tap on permissions it opens up a screen with camera, contacts, location, microphone, phone, sms and storage - with the off buttons. When I tap on 'storage' as directed, it goes back to SCREEN OVERLAY DETECTED and the same instructions all over again. I have tried many times and many different ways but I cant turn off the screen overlay. I am totally disgusted and have reverted to using my old phone until I find out what to do. Hope someone can help me. Thank you.
