Problem only 3gb of ram but its very... morewell 3 gb of ram is not problem in fact,you can have 15 app open if they make ram managment that way,curently in so like that,but when android m come first time to z3 you where able to have like 5 app open,but update after that you could like 15 or more depending how much ram app needs

second heating problem is only present on cameras,and on xz i face that problem only in 4k recording
its normal that phone becomes hot and thats not the problem.
and u had z3 before xz,but i dont realy remember of to much problems with z3,and every phone have some problems,and they mostly software related and fixed with updates
oh yes quality device is not the one that explodes

Vivek, 18 Mar 2017I m using it since the day of release, initially it worked ... morecheck memory,if its allmost full,or delete something or transfer to sd,you can do that from storage,keep everything up to date,and try to clean chache and instaled app can cause problems
if you have any app thats clean memory,ram,cools phone down or for battery like just uninstal it
rebot phone at least once a week
i use here for like 3 mounths now,and only problems i had was only few bugs here and there

One of the best smartphone I've used so far, excellent camera quality with really good battery life and speedy updates. Kudos to Sony.

After a month of research and so many pros et contras between all the recent flagship phones, I decided to go for Sony XZ. Why? Because at the end of the day, you wanna be sure that your phone will not just die on you. And for years now, I've seen that happening so often with Samsung phones. Actually, among dozens of phones I had through years, the only phone I had which really just eternally died - was Samsung phone. I had my Sony Xperia S for almost 5 years now, and I just didn't feel like changing it, because it worked perfectly well, and I had some kind of respect for it that changing it would feel like abandoning it :D Until I dropped it so many times that it literally started crumbing. So yes, will go for the stability and endurance, which is Sony's trait for sure. No iPhone because it's just not my thing. So, looking forward to it! :)

I m using it since the day of release, initially it worked fine, but now it hangs every now and then, i hv not even used its half of the rom, very excited when i puchased this phone, now not happy at all

That is sony's global problem in many countries. Bad aftersales services.

Sony XZ Quality:
When you capture a lots of picture,some tools dose not work.
When you capture a 4k video about 8 Minutes,Your mobile phone become hot and application is closed.
I already use Sony C5 Ultra, Sony Xperia M4 Aqua and Z3 have some different issue. Sony is my favorite phone but not now, Already i liked another brand like Samsung or Motorola.
