Anony5, 13 May 2018Will XZ1 get Android P?. Will the 2700 mah battery works go... moreI was concerned about battery life, but I've found it better than any phone I've used. Snapdragon 835 has a lot to do with it. Moderate use easily lasts 24 hours with location, BT, and wifi on.

Vicky, 22 May 2018Is there any heating issue in this model and how is the cam... moreNone at all. The 835 SoC stays cool and is very fast. All functions are fluid. I'm very happy with the xz1. Got tired of all glass models like the z3, Z5 and xz Premium breaking. Aluminum back and GGlass 5 seem more rugged. I hardly miss double tap to wake.

The best device. Im always concerned with audio quality via headphones. This phone is unique. Guess what! Use sony in-earphones.. Not any other premium brand. Im using MDR 3XBN Stereo bluetooth with aptX. Amazing output very loud and clear.. I Mean very loud.. It beats my htc one m8.

It is based on your luck, if Lady Luck is on your side, u would be getting a product with no defect, like the Z and X series high-end flagships I bought these few years, no problems even on my oldest Z high-end flagship, XPERIA Z1

Borgy15, 22 May 2018Double tap to wake up is possible for xperia xz1???? Well I truly hope so, because I am planning to upgrade my Xperia XZ to the XZ1 and there should be no reason to drop that particular feature....
UPDATE:
So, after digging up a bit on this issue, apparently Sony did drop this feature for no reason... so if I ever upgrade to the XZ1, it will definitely be my last Sony (coming all the way from Xperia Pro, Acro S, Z1C, Z3C, X and XZ)... so yeah... Sony has been dropping the ball lately

I'm in awe between zx1 and xz premium but I read the reviews and some said they got issues with the wifi and mobile data? Damn I'm rooting for these phones man idw any China brand phones

Im just buy 2nd XZ1 since very cheap, using my 2nd phone,amazing after 3d 19h 38m still 51% battery remaining without use stamina mode.
SoT 48minutes. I mean if you go for outdoor or camping for 3 days battery standby should be no problem.

this phone is not in Australian Market but damn when I bought one from Dubai I can tell you guys its Great phone

In a forum, there was a guy how noticed that, when the speakers were playing loud (more than 50%), the screen was vibrating a lot, leading to an unpleasant result. Is that really an issue to every device, or just a malfunction of his?

man, 18 May 2018The pre-installed apps like AVG Protection, or the amazon a... moreYes the apps can be uninstalled, if u are willing to root your smartphone and download Titanium Backup which I used back then for my already dead XPERIA SP (Please don't be mistaken, my XPERIA SP died because it have been used for a long time) to uninstall, otherwise no. So, if u aren't willing to root your smartphone which can lead to bricking it, the only 2 options is to leave it there, or disable it which is a better idea
