Beware. Just received this phone yesterday on relese date.... Screen is not 4k. The panel may be 4k but Android is only outputting slightly lower then 1080 res. My Razer phone properly outputs 2k resolution and looks better.
I'll be contacting Sony support to see what happened.
Camera also has a lot of options but doesn't take as amazing photos as compared to any other phone (low light is amazing though)

    Week up Sony you are late 3 years with this design,
    Yes it is beautiful But other company offers more elegant phones

      i have this one but hahaha i cant wait to replace it with next one, is xz3 smaller. i usually dont use a case but this one is slippery and curve, havin me risky situation, now i have to hatefully use a case on an already big phone and in my pocket type of guy

        Next time 128GB and 256GB variants needed.

          only one thing, why its too wide shape, the width.. i mean, 80mm in one hand feels so big..
          72mm is perfect maximum wide, btw for the features,, bow down.. this is quietly king..
          SE is the 1st phone i had - till now still Sony brand..., true & honest quality

                    The phone is unacceptable - Sony, why you make a flagship model with 4K Ultra HD screen using the common IPS LCD technology???!!! Have you ever heard of all types of LED displays like OLED, POLED, AMOLED and so on...

                      I”d rather get a Nokia 8 Sirocco with Android One and cheaper.

                        There's some invalid information here.

                        The audio support is already 32bit/384kHz. It has WCD9340.

                                Tann Hauser, 28 Jul 2018Yeah, agreed, no jack is a seriously stupid decision on lat... moreMy personal opinion, Sony ditch the 3.5mm jack for XZ2 series because of product differentiation. I think Sony improve much more photo quality on XZ2 series but they will keep the last generation still have competitiveness because XZ Premium and XZ1 still have 3.5mm jack. Just like my Xperia Z2 it has the eyelet hole can attach phone charm, although it is an old phone but I found the eyelet hole is very useful in real life usages.
