Prashant, 28 Oct 2022Root is must for it. Any method without root? @Prashant. Its temproot method and 100% safe.. you will not loose DRM keys etc.

              Android anyway is open source, so you can update your phone even if it is old.

The app will download the latest firmware and install it on device. I used this method to update my xz3 (SOV39) to android 10

                        I bought a used Sony Xperia XZ3(softbank version,Japan used) It's in android 9 and even though I check for uodates it says the device is up to date. I'm not getting the android 10 update. Pls can someone help me get android 10.

                                    My always problem with Sony is always refresh background apps, each time I open more than 2 apps, when I go back to my first apps it will refresh, so everything is not saved....
                                    All sony phone I use XZs, XZ1, XZ2 & XZ3 face the same issue.

                                      XZ3 gets the Android 12 AOSP, which means Sony is lazy to build their owned Rom and gave up to everyone who want to make it, on the other sides, not many OEM given the AOSP for free and public, they just shared source code
