I love the phone but the issue is bugs and Sony just dished the phone out of updates stock with only one major update android 10 supposed to have been updated to android 11 at least to fix the bugs

I found solution for enabling VoLTE on xperia xz3 and other models. Somebody did it for me over the remote access. After Volte i got very clear voice call quality and not call drops. See video below:
