I have the S8+ and it's a NIGHTMARE to have such a huge display.
Everyone can see what you're doing or typing, there's no privacy whatsoever on big displays.
5-5.5 inches is the golden spot.
As for the 3.5mm jack, Samsung will ditch it too in the near future, otherwise they wouldn't be selling wireless headphones.
Also, keep the china phones to yourself, nobody wants those garbage replicas.

I can't believe the company behind the Walkman have scrapped the 3.5mm jack!
Even Samsung and OnePlus 6 haven't followed that trend yet!
Add to that, the ugly, fat, bloated design which looks like a HTC knockoff. It doesn't even resemble a Sony phone. RIP

I used to love Sony fans. They had a distinctive, niche design language that stood out from the crowd. All they had to do was trim the bezels on the XZ Premium and it would've been perfect. Apparently that was impossible for Sony's designers without creating an ugly bar of soap.

A leak reveals that the XZ3 will be a 6" OLED display from LG with Edge Functionality(IDK what it is for yet), SD845, 4/64GB, subtle design from the XZ2, a 3300 mAh battery and a 19/13MP camera combo.
The screen is probably P-OLED which is a bummer, then a 4/64GB is not enough. Like 4GB of RAM is almost useless in 2018 and everyone knows that. They should go for 6/8 + 128/256/512 GB. A 3300 mAh for a 6" is not really ideal but I trust Sony's battery tech so whatever. And dual cameras are not really important but it does help in some situations. SONY, GET BACK TO THE GAME PLEASE!

what is the purpose of this phone being released in the same year as the xz2 and xz2 Premium?
Specs are the same as the XZ2 and XZ2 PREMIUM is better anyways when it comes to camera or display.
Useless iteration.
Sony is going backwards every step it takes.
