If u know your hands can't fit well with this "big" phone then get a much smaller phone like XPERIA XZs. And the the bezels are for the dual front facing speakers, thats why the bezels are kind of big

I tried this phone and it seems very fast, but also way too big. It's well over 140 mm in tall and over 70 mm wide which makes it really uncomfortable for use. Thickness does not influence comfort even a slightest bit, but height and width does. Cameras are good, screen has clear colors, but design is is a total miss due to its large dimensions.
I wish it was smaller, because now you'll have to carry external bag for phones of such size.

FHD is already very pixel dense for a 5.5inch screen, so anything above that res, you'll have a really hard time finding a difference in quality.

There ... moreNot really. This phone mostly run at FHD. Its not only about resolution but also the contents. Its maybe good for viewing photos n videos, but game.. You only get lower quality visual.
Its like you watch 360p videos on your FHD phone. You still get low quality videos.

In terms of sharpness, nothing can match this device.
