PlusMinus, 06 Apr 2017Only plastic body is a problem here:) i have Z5 at the mome... moreits not plastic,back is glass 100% sure,and there is not reasong to make plastic frame,becouse they can put antenas under glass,so i guess frame its aluminium
btw nfc i on back again,so probably antenas are as well
and i didnt saw antenas in side of frame in teardown so

im 100& sure it was on miro and xperia l,btw i will chech that i you want
face recognition basicliy works,you take i pic of your face and then phone saves it,and when you want to unlock phone it uses cam to try to recognize you,and it rubbish is not secure at all
i dont see the piont why samsung put that rubbish on phones again
and of course now everybody will talk about that,and how samsung made something new bla bla bla...

Only plastic body is a problem here:) i have Z5 at the moment, it's my 5th xperia
I was started with xperia x1 (sonyericsson) :D love Sony never have a problem...

When I saw Xperia XZ Premium first, I didn't like its design. I even said so in Galaxy S8 comments section. But then, after watching videos of XZ Premium, I am beginning to like it. Its design may not be different from other Xperias but it sure is different from other manufacturers. I think it will be somewhat refreshing to have a phone not similar to others, after all everybody else is going to buy the S8.
But, does anybody if Sony has plan to revive its Xperia Play? Now that was something else. Would love to have a modern version of the phone.

AnonD-521587, 05 Apr 2017they have Hdr only by software. Which is not the same as ah... moreNot exactly true, you need compatible hardware too. According to an article, Note7 was the first phone to support HDR10. The XZ Premium is HDR10 compliant also.

For 8 years, I used Samsung flagships and now I am using an S7 edge. Good phone with an excellent camera, acceptable speed and terrible speakers. S7 edge is like a soap in hand, so easy to drop. I dropped mine thrice, thanks it survived all.
I watched all videos about xperia XZ premium and I loved the phone. I certainly decided to buy one, because it has everything S7 lacks.But now trying to find out release date, I am stunned.January,1st Sony starts shipping.
Lord, if Sony can not afford to launch earlier why publicize it. You can be sure late release of the phone will cost Sony tens of thousands of less sales.
