I tr... moreWell, cant say I dont share your sentiment. Top brand models are too expensive yes. But its like it is, just as in any consumer segment out there. If there are people ready and able to pay up, they are justifiable I guess.
But while I agree on pricing, I dont agree on quality....
Its about quality of materials, durability, software development and support....
As for me for example, I d never pay up 700 for any flag phone. But Id rather pay up for a year old top brand model that dropped in price, than a new B branded one for the same price.
Thus, getting a X Performance myself, rather than some new Xiaomi, Meizu etc....

Drop test is a bit more important tho.

I tryed some chinese top models and they were absolutely perfect and for much less price.
And is price that matters. As you know a new phone is released almost everyday.
People dont need new phone everyday.
A 1000 eur phone dont feed you when you are hungry or thirsty and so on.
And i really dont think for example those who bought Sony Z5 premium and still use it will change for Sony Xperia XZs only because its new.

Same for Lenovo and some other brands.
From a customer response i can say some chinese brands are equal or maybe even better than brands like apple samsung sony etc.
