Meanwhile my new OLED LG monitor that I cheaply bought from 1 year ago got burn-ins, thats why I no longer buy any LG products or OLED Monitors/stuff coz I know they can't last longer than the tested LCD and any future improved LCD's tech.

processing which includes graphic rendering/resolution is on the cpu/gpu, weaker cpu/gpu less graphics rendered/processed the more pixelated due to low resolution they can handle, more powerful cpu/gpu better graphics rendered/prcessed less pixelated and higher resolution.....
go back to school please.

Would be good if Sony started to bump up the RAM on future Sony flagship devices. 4GB is not enough by today standard when multitasking, tabs it will lag at some point depending on Snapdragon processor it uses. It should be 8GB of RAM at the least.

The Xperia XZ Premium is released on Jun 2017, Sony had updated the software very fast, from Jun to October, they using just about 4 months and it is very reasonable. For your information the announce date should not be counted because it is not launched into the market. Sony even push update the Android Oreo fastest than any competitors(expect pixels). Sony is leading in fastest updates and software stability. Furthermore, Sony even push the 3D Creator features for Xperia XZ Premium!

But for 4k video rendering it is enough.
Its a mobile gpu, not desktop hi res graphic card.
So anything above FHD screen on mobile is actually overkill, its only that higher ppi makes picture sharper on bigger mobile screens, like 6 inch and above

You need at least 8gb of ram as your doubling the pixel count by 4. And that processir also has to do 4x the work to render anything. 835 is ment for 2k preferable 1080p. This is gonna be a cery slow phone mark my words.

Like this, do you know why SAMSUNG doesnt put 4k display on their phones? Because 4k doesn't compatible with VR. I compared my s8 with my friends which he used xz premium, it same. so 4k lcd display is equal to 2k super amoled display.

Sony needed 7 months to fix the camera distortion problem. Their korean competitor also has similar distortion problem, but they fixed it in less than 2 months.

Youre right about RD. Since 2012 they only make ordinary phone with flat screen, single camera, thats it.

Sony R&D very well because they had many first in the world and the side fingerprint sensor is the best position even better than under screen fingerprint reader because you can't sense where are the fingerprint reader under screen when night, but the side fingerprint sensor can easily be find and fit to hand.
