It measures almost all usage patterns in the test, not just video, browsing, talk and standby...
Arenas one is not so good, measures only 4 out of 10 possible usage patterns, avoiding things like music listening, gaming, app usage, camera recording, bt usage, etc....
In the end, what batterylife you ve left with....is best represented by SoT...
And an extra mention of batterydrain on standby for 24 hr should be noted....

Just tested out the 120hz Refresh Rate tweak and wow, beats the crap out of the Razer crap low dim screen.

And if the XZ preminum is running at 1080P, then its about 400ppi and NOT 800ppi. Roughly the same as the Oneplus 5. And since virtually no games run in 4K, its irrelevant to you. Plus the human eye can't differenate between 1080P and a 4K screen anyway. Also, the superior Optic AMOLED capacitive touchscreen on the oneplus 5
And the front facing speakers on Sony are normally covered by fingers when playing games. A louder and clearer bottom speaker is much better, such as on the oneplus 5.
Oneplus 5 dash charge is super fast(less than 1.5 hours to fully charge)and the best thing is the phone remains cool while charging. On the other hand, XZ premium needs 3 hours to fully charge and it heats up a lot while charging.

Anonymous, 27 Nov 2017This phone battery life drain faster or not when gaming?? ... moreThe battery life of the Oneplus 5 is slightly better thanks to the lower resolution since the xzp display has double resolution than the Oneplus 5, i wouldn't pick the Oneplus 5 for that only one reason, because the xz premium kills it in all other departments, since you are a gamer it is good to mention that the xz premium has front facing stereo speakers while the Oneplus 5 one mono speaker at the bottom slightly louder but once again it at the bottom exposed to blocked with your when playing or holding the phone in landscape mode in general.
Until now the only one selling point of the Oneplus smartphones or Chinese smartphones in general is only the very affordable price nothing else.

Its on every single phone today. My prior z1c had a screen protection plastic cover, was more resistant to scratches yes, but once scrathed it was worse looking than oleophobic...made scratches turn more visible due to screen light emission bending.
Well, that cover could have been removed, but oleophobic cant be...then again, scratched oleophobic isnt so visible.
Anyways I dont use screen protector or plastic cases , I put the phone in a smrtphn pouch/bag/etui to carry it around.
Dont remember which z5 had tho....
Get a screen protector, problem solved.

This phone has a very good battery, nice endurance coz I use two sim cards at once and use a lot of Social media such as facebook, Whatsapp with a lot of super active groups inside that will needs more battery power. Even compared to my galaxy note 8, xz premium battery is unbeatable.
Camera works very good outdoor, indoor not as good as note 8.
The Snapdragon inside works very well and the phone is not warm or hot even when I push its power with benchmark app.
Screen is beautiful and colorful, makes me wanna do more things with 4K video or youtube.
Physically just adorable and exclusive.
This is the best happening from Xperia.
Hope Sony will launch bazelless phone with all around screen soon just like S8 or note 8.

- Great display 4K
- Best Camera (Slow motion is the best)
- Beast battery
- Latest Android OS Oreo 8.0
- Best Processor Snapdragon 835

4k display drains, battery and not amoled xz premium..
So my sugetion s8 active or hawaei mate 10 pro better in graphics and beast battery..
