XZs is faster than many other flagship phones. Go to YouTube and watch yourself. Sony is my favourite. I won't buy other crap phone.

XZs: SD820, 4gb, 32/64gb, 19/13 mp
There are differences.
Display can be the same 5,2" full hd , but every phone has its own level of contrast and brightness. Colors are different too.
Cam was used from z1 to z4 but software is not the same.
Z4 and z5 have faster memory than z2/z3, also flapless usb
Speakers have different levels of loudness. And quality was improved.
Lets see others...
LG : G3 has issues, motherboard.. Screen goes black. It happens because of heat. G4 has burn in and bootloop. Same for v10 and G5.
Samsung: s7 is a s6 plus micro sd and waterproofing. Edge screen is useless, it is just cool.
So... If you see, no OEM has been doing different lately
I'd rather see a smaller phone 16:9 than a big screen 2:1. I do not want almost 20% of screen to go black when I watch videos.

only name SONY is enough .. sony has never compromise with quality.. and its standards.. and thats why it has very high rated name .. i must say world will get most advance mobile in feature .. salute to SONY ,, love you ..

As anyone can see, lowlight automode 3200 ISO is ok, but manual results with less iso are much, much better.

Sony Samrt and very fast device , and camera i like it and image qulity very nice, so that sony xperia i am use and my GF use that so nice ple, you are sony useres very like ok. Iam indian but sony users so nice,Thanks .

Camera stills are finally without noise and full of detail, mostly. Finally something better than oneplus3 in stills. 4K is not sharper than in oneplus but sharp stills and Vivid Colors make up for that. We did wait long for that noise to dissapear, even if not entirely, its great achievement. As I prefer to shoot a lot, dslr like true to life stills means more than curved big screen, VR and new processor together.

Compared the XZ and XZs camera and I 100% sure the camera improve but not significantly, but still improved, noise is well controled, low light a little bit better actually

Why sony add the volume buttons on the left side of the phone (the correct side) but on the very bottom of the phone and not on top or near the top of the phone . It doesn't make any sense this design on Sony phones. it makes you grab incorrectly the phone.
