Hello Guys, my Sony Xperia Z C6602 it does'nt show 4G network mode. what should i do? and its not LTE phone?

Vin, 18 Apr 2016Experia z is water prof?No but its water resistant but I've used it as an underwater camera with the ports closed and its great and still got no problems.

MUTHURAJ, 24 Mar 2016We need Marshallow updateI have Xperia ZL and i'm quite sure that both Z and ZL has come to an end of their road regarding software support. Sony already did great by giving both phones more than 2 years of support (4.1.2 to 5.1.1) so there probably won't be Marshmallow for 1st gen Z-series phones anymore. Of course, they both could handle Marshmallow for sure as Nexus 7 (2013) showed that having same Snapdragon chipset as Z and ZL. But i don't think Sony bothers anymore.

the overheating problem comes from Lollipop system itself..
the only thing you can do is root your Z, install TricksterMod, make your gpu run at 200mhz
yes it slow down the phone, but it less heat

my sony xperiz z6603 accidentally had contact with water and unluckily some of the ports were not closed... and now a huge setback that i face is the primary camera.. it doesn'tshow anything I've tried a factory reset with no imprivements... any advice please from loyal users

Have been using this phone since Jan 2014 (2 yrs+) and still going strong.
The latest OS update is up to Lollipop 5.1 (from Jellybean 4.1) and it is very smooth.
The battery can still last up to 3.5-4 hours of SOT
Doesn't overheat easily unless used heavily continuously for 30mins or more.
Only complains:
1) The camera is bad at low-light conditions.
2) The phone auto-factory resets if you put in the pocket of tight jeans due to the power button and volume buttons sticks out.
3) The internal speaker is damaged so I have to use loudspeaker for phone calls.
Overall rating: 9/10

go to settings. then storage. at the bottom, you will see transfer data to sd card
