The most reliable phone ive ever used or owned. Working marvelously after one year. Very resistant to drops and definitely resistant to water.

Pretty much one of the worst experience I have had with a phone. I purchased the two the first the screen cracked from a fall off of a dresser into the ground. The second phone Battery life is minimal, the sound is awful with or without using the speaker. The phone heats up to the point you cannot place it to your ears.
I tried the updates and clean sweep and nothing help. Be careful with purchasing such a phone. I needed a two sim phone that was the original reason for the purchase.

My Z had been floor hit face down way too many times for an average smartphone and no damage to screen whatsoever. Performs well, no lagging, I can even open bottles with it)). Best of the best, Sony! Keep up the good work! Waiting for a new Z5

Can we replace xperia z battery with a official sony battery?Except its battery it is still king and i don't want to leave this mobile only for battery.pls show me the way..

the worst phone ever purchased in last 15 years, and the worst smart phone, the screen cracked twice and changed twice. I had so many phones and none of the screen cracked except this Xperia Z 6602. I brought this for 39000 Indian Rupees roughly 800 cad, and now I am using my Very Old Samsung Mini, and it works great.

Its Horrible experience handle with Sony My Xperia support team, They never share Escalation matrix and every time we needs wait in minimum 30 minutes to reach concern support team.they always give standard answers we will come back to you. repeated issues with handset heating and low voice and automatic switch offf.my rating for experience with Xperia team and phone in negative -200 out of 1to 5

Having owned the Z for more than 2 years now, I have no reason to buy any other newer model phone. It all works superfine, the charging has remained as was and it functions perfectly. I'm surprised by how the technology hasn't made the Z obsolete or old fashioned. My only complaint is the sound level from the internal speaker, not good enough, really. I'm putting it down to the water resistance built into it!

Please guys can anyone tell me what to do on my phone, ever since i upgraded to 5.0 os, my phone heats always and doesn't last up to 30 minutes when charged. Please i need your help. I'm no longer happy with using my phone. thank you.
