Best way is:
Copy your data to SD card then remove it and rest your device, this is really work because your device can have factory settings & enough free space to run smooth and fast
Moreover :
When you install android apps most of them want to access all your info to install,and if you don't accept then there is no agreement for installation they are always in running apps(using power)
New version is a chance to remove them all unwanted apps together and a refreshing by reset.

Use lower screen brightness, if you don't use internet, turn off data mobile, if you check your mobile evey 10-15 min then use Stamina mode,turn off all unnecessary item like apps and location and...
In these cases you battery can handle phone even for 2 days and more

I loved my Xperia Z1 , until the software update. Since then ( about 3-4 months) I cannot use my phone for anything other than a text message or two. The battery drains completely once it hits 97%, yes 97% !!!!! At fully charged, taking just ONE photo using the camera app the battery completely overheats and drains. The phone then cannot be turned on or off, just get flashing screen. It has to be put on to charge, which is hit and miss as sometimes it will not recognize the charger. The charger port cover also has decided it will no longer close properly ( probably because it lives most of the time open with the dead phone on recharge) therefore making the waterproofing completely useless. As advised by Sony, I completed the PC fix using PC companion....this fixed absolutely nothing, everything is the same as before even though it wiped everything and took the phone back to factory settings. I would not recommend this phone to anyone, in fact I would actively and loudly recommend against wasting any money or time on it. I am upgrading in 4 days, Sony will not be on my list :(

when I used share it apps to other divice I use to send and receive 2k14 nba it is 100% received and for installing there is a problem when I want to install the game its says wrong or re install... my ram is 1gb availability and the share it apps is direct to sd card when receiving data or applications...can I have your comments...

LOL using around 8 mounts or more no problem with that .
even more, 3 week ago my screen after 1,8 years brooked up from one point to another sony service repaired it for free !!!!!!!!!!!!!
