Hello, how to factory reset/hard reset the Xperia Z? I tried holding the up and down volume buttons plus Power key but it didn't work. I'm on Lollipop ver. I don't like to reset it using the one on 'Settings - Back Up' cause it doesn't wipe everything. Please help.

Those who are saying that they got update in India, they all are lying..Either they are lying or they flash the phone and update manually. I am saying this because Xperifirm is showing that there is no update live for any of the phone from Xperia Z, ZL, ZR. So stop lying.

hi there, I bought Sony Xperia Z, its good in use, but i have a problem with it. I can't use play store in it. even if i install it then also I can't open it.
