I think it is easy to know which are fakes and reals, Sony don't have any super copy right? So authentic. While the second hand is also great.

My Sony Xperia Z1 has Bluetooth connection problem. It can't connect bluetooth wireless headsets. If I connect so I'll have to hold my phone near the headsets . If I put the phone in my pocket it'll probably disconnect. That's the problem I have but Im Enjoying other features. Walking in water. 20.7 Camera

Yes after getting battery replaced it will provide longer battery life.

Honestly, I purchased this phone exclusively because I saw someone smash it into a concrete wall and have it still function. I have had mine for 4 years now, and so far it has held up to the test of time, forgetfulness, and clumsiness.
The outter camera takes fantastic photos at all times, in all sorts of modes. It takes reasonably good low-light photos, and extremely good video and day photos. However, its screen-facing camera is... not that great, after a somewhat recent update to the Sony Camera software it force-enables skin blurring, which is overpowering and makes every selfie look nasty So you absolutely need to download a third party camera app ASAP.
The speakers have always been very good, and the mic doesn't pick up a lot of static and background noise when making calls. I have never had a caller complain that it sounds like I am on a cellphone or in a wind tunnel.
Regarding its durability, it has, on several occasions fallen on rocky terrain, concrete, ceramic, and linoleum coated concrete or stone slab floors. The most damage it has sustained is minor scratches and absolutely no performance loss. I haven't ever had to reformat the phone to factory default either, so that's a plus.
At present, I have only had to change out one of the card slot covers, due to wear and tear, and I am just now looking into replacing the battery, because it started acting up about a week ago and now the back cover is starting to lift slightly as a result. Unfortunately, the completely sealed, waterproof design is sort of unfriendly to battery replacement. If I didn't have several years of tablet, phone, and computer repair experience, I would not be replacing the battery, but the entire phone.
Overall? I paid 380-450 dollars for the phone, and I got 4 years of continuous performance, with an average battery life of 2 days per charge (until most recently). So you could say that it cost me 95-112 dollars a year, and after a 30 dollar repair, I suspect it will last another 4 years if cared for properly.
The Z1 is an excellent phone and well worth the money.

Chintya, 08 Feb 2017My xperia Z1 with Lollipop android is getting hotter on bac... moreThe Phone gets hot after using it for some time. That is because Z1 is made to be water proof and dust proof. Which makes it compact and so there is no free air flow.
Heating is common with Z1 and nothing to worry about. Because no matter how hot it gets it wouldn't slow down a bit, it wouldn't lag nor it would get turned off. So heating will not cause any kind of problem with performance of the phone. Not to worry about it.

I have been using it for 3.6Yrs and till date it never caused me any kind of problem. Never slowed down a bit, never lagged or never got switched off on its own.
