My Xperia z1 has been damaged..i purchased my mobile 4 months ago and when m claiming 6 months accidental warrenty m told by service centr that if the purchase date of your mobile is more than 90 days then you will not get a new mobile but you will get a refurbished mobile which might be effected by scratch or side problem etc and they also said that after 90 days of mobile purchase you will only get a refurbished mobile..
Is that information true that customer will get only refurbished mobile ...
plz guys tell me... PLZ

Virgo Queen, 16 Jul 2014i have a problem with this phone when i connect hand free w... moreI have had the xperia z1 now for about 7 months now and I haven't found that many problems with it. unsure in regards to the skype calling issue however I have found that has happened to me sometimes too. The only workaround I have found is to keep the screen on throughout the call. If the screen turns off, then from my experience, the app would turn off as if the phone thinks no one is using it, allowing for background apps (like skype) to be switched off.

First i had Xperia Z before now i have Z1 both have a fucken battery, at the beginning the battrey was so good it could stand for one day but now I have to charge it 2 time a day, after i get kitkat i get many problems in the phone such programs stop working, finally the airjak port get damaged by it self i don't know what should I do and the heat is over, please help me with this problems

i have a problem with this phone when i connect hand free with the phone My Skype call is drop after 1 or 2 minutes. Plz can anyone tell me about this problem and how it can be recover?

Hi all please do tell me whether Sony has resolved the complaints that were present in the initial kitkat update of the device.. I'm yet to update my phone (still on stock)

I don't like this phone anymore' i got it only 2 weeks and the battery drains very fast! Worst then iphone it has a battery problem.. I've seen that the z2 is better' i wasted all my money on this z1.. But it has alot of nice features.. I would prefer if they fix the battery by an update.. Or something

Keyboard lag like seriously? Camera needs an hour to finally open sometimes i need to restart the phone in order the camera works, and then comes the resale part yes its less than half of its price right now, Ive been a loyal fan to sony for 5 years now, but this phone got me to an end and to go buy an iphone, and no i dont download p**n, dissapointed sony.

I just want to know if my z1 glass panel both on the back as well as front crack by itself without any fall or accident will sony cover it under accidental warranty/warranty
I am craving for this phone bt the above mentioned fact iz bothering me....

because its take me along hard till i get what i want what i need from my phone
i bought many ones before sony z1 ....but nothing compare 2 this ...i bought Samsung grand ...grand 2..etc ...its shit ...sorry

It's a great phone with a better camera then other phones. Just don't put it in water as I suppose the water will seep through and damage the phone. Sometimes there is a lag of few seconds opening the camera application, I feel this is minor issue and an update from Sony should fix it.

Just want to share my happiness on my Baby ZEZE (my z1's name). just bought it last may 13,2014 and its 2 months old only with android 4.4.4 latest software update.
i have no problems at all.
i have no regrets.
im craving for many cases to dress my baby zeze :)
thanks sony for bringing z1 to my life. lol.

I like sony mobile. My first xperia android is SE xperia Neo thr specs is brilliant and the most i like is the camera and picture quality. Now i have this powerful xperia Z1! First im choosing between note3 and z1 but still i ended up with z1 with no regret!! Okay heres the problem, any of you experience camera app lag? When i open it nothing happen its just a complete black. U will need to wait atleast 2 seconds. Im running 4.4.2. Thus the new 4.4.4 update will fix that? Thats all my concern. Thanks

I bought this phone , function was great . 3 month and 16 days of normal usage , beside me on my desk , the screen crack by itself . Dint fall it off anywhere , the screen just crack by itself .one straight line cross over the phone screen , rendering the phone touch screen useless .
Search online for Z1 Screen crack , you will find it all .
dont buy this phone folks ! Sony wont honour the screen crack issue !
