Hey,I bought this phone 15days ago.I updated it.now it's getting heated up even if I use for 5minutes.I have done reset to my phone,my watsapp application has gone.it's struching little bit.what I have to do now...?

In its next update Sony must allow 4k video recording on their 2013 flagship Z1. Since it has the same camera as Z2, I think Z1 owners should not be denied this feature.

Overhe... moreAm astonished to hear about heating ad back byting, this happen since Galaxy 2 launched am using it now becomes so heated that its hard ti hold. But nothing matter till today, no blast or shock or skin damage, reported or happened. So we must thanks ur luck to own full branded Sony products. Nothing glitch only mongering fr heck of it. All cells get heat up some more than others. Talk sense abt its performance not heating heating ad heat up. No performance effect except, mke an issue out of an non issue.

This phone is a lie...its not IP55 and IP58, waterproof, I have used it in swimming and followed as per manual, but still contaminated with water. I'm sure not buying any phone to Sony...

I bought this last May 13, 2014 and no problems at all.
I never update to Kitkat should i say im aware of negative comments and when i do that its like putting a gun on my head. lol
its design - classy and elegant
the camera as well.
i love this phone.
hoping that sony will fix the kitkat update for the benefits of all

This app is designed for snap dragon prosessor only by their developers
But be careful It will take 2 or 3 days after installation to begin its saving battery mode

Overheat is the same unsolved problem on Z Lines products. My question is: How can Sony Mobile make rescue for Z1's problems when it makes the same next problems on its next Z2 phone? My Z2 is also ALWAYS encountering the same overheating problem. Even Camera (used to take still image with standard low mode only) will ALWAYS be functional for not more than 2 minutes before gets overheat problem and auto force-closed. What A Great Phone, huh?

My Z2 is also frequently encountering the same messed-up screen as yours, even when untouched and dry. It sometimes happened after got pressed a little bit harder in my pocket and always happened when wet.

A have received 2 uodates this year: first was awful and the second has fixed some issues, but battery is draining fast, and the phones gets hot even when not playing games or other intensive apps. There are some lags or freezes or hangings especially after closing a call.
I have had this phone since October 2013 and it is Ok but not as i expected to be our how it was on jelly been.
