There's a weight to it though, it will get tiring when using the z1 with one hand for about 1/2+ hour. Elegant UI, much much better than Touchwiz. Glass panels both front and back WILL scratch if not protected by a skin protector. Below average wifi/cellular coverage. Excellent vibration. Hope this helps! (I've been using the Z1 for 4 months)

This Phone is beter than lg g2 because thi Phone has micro sd card slot.
Although g2 has quadcore 2,26 processor and this one has quadcore 2,1ghz.

Anonymous, 15 Mar 2014how do you know if it's a hardware or software problem? the... moreI'm not sure if this would work but what you could do is take a screen shot of the lines you see on the screen. To do this hold volume down button and power button at the same time. Then view this screen shot on your computer or easier just send it via bluetooth to another phone. My understanding on this issue if you still see the lines on the screenshot while viewing on another device it would be software issue. If it looks fine then your z1 screen is damaged and needs to be replaced.

If it's the user-available memory, It's 11.72 gb (16gb total internal memory but the 4.28 has been utilized by the system and preloaded apps).

Sony xperia z1 is absolutely horrible..despite having good specs i would not recommend it at all..it has too many problems...the user experience is horrible..the good hardware is not translated into good user experience,due to poor software,freezing ,crashing is too much. In terms of usabiliy and practicality i would rate this a 0.
Eric buy htc one. Its more pracrical ,will never fail you when u need it,no problems..htc one is like a proper smartphone.its very smooth and the camera is decent..

how do you know if it's a hardware or software problem? the problem is the screen keep showing lines and i can see nothing..

i would like to make you aware that this phone freezes most often than not, i was using iphone 4s before and it was good other than the fact that it was too small. now i am using htc one for last few days it excels xperia z1 in most cases, if expandable memory is not a big problem for you then go for htc one, not much sure about iphone 5s.
