My experia is great and I love it. Have a problem though- when I have it connected with the charger I cant touch it because it gives me electricity because it it metalic. What should I do? Im scared it may cause bigger electricity and cause burning or other problems. Thank you.

Because I am using this phone for 2 years and still after two-long years it gives me nearly 1.5-2day battery backup. As you stated that it has only been 10days since you bought I would recommend you to hurry to your nearby SONY Service Center and demand for replacement of the piece instead of repairing because it is in its first 15days. First they would not agree, but bee stubborn and don't back down pressure them and they will agree. That should solve your problem. If you need any other help please feel free to ask. :)

I could not found anything special thing in Experia Z1, except the design, I am really disappointed having this fon. Purchased few days back from Amazon and from the day 01 found that the battery is draining quickly, even it does not work for half day. I don't understand why it is so and what to do with this battery.
Can anyone suggest me in this regard??

But the exceptional 20.7mp primary camera balanced its negativity. Still, to be exact the zoom-in problem was solved in XPERIA Z3 and the low-light problem was solved by XPERIA Z5. The primary camera that Z5 is having is the ever-best rated camera for any smartphone, in fact only next to professional cameras it even crushed NOKIA 48mp, SAMSUNG 16mp and iPhone 6S 16mp. The front ca,era quality is improved by including 5mp in newer models. But being an old-school Z1 is way ahead its league.

My Z1 got update to 5.1.1 Android, but i am on 4.4.4 Android. I dont have reason to update, it dont overheat, dont have bugs, work smooth with over 130 apps installed. Got him 6+ month already and i test it on all posible way, i swim with him, he drop from my pocket and jump 3 times on floor and 0 scratch. Idk what you ppl doing to him to overheat and all other problems, i play Asphalt 8 on max and speaking over viber without lag or heating up for 2-3 hours... or bad seria you got or you brake phone somehow...

I am also use this phone z1 from last 2 year
From 1 day I am very disappointed for camera problem it's pic quality too poor
Now still quality in low light too poor no improvement from Sony

hi vineeth i have one question my phone z ultra has brocken touch then i go to customer care
they said they exchange my phone to z1 bypaying 8600 rs and also they said there is another option of c5 ultra but the option is only for 3months old phone but my phone warranty expired on 14 th nov 2015 so they told me z1 is ready to delivery if you pay and i requested to give c5 ultra then they said we will try we mail to head office but you have to pay 80% money and the price is comes from head office iam waiting for the mail by week .can i have any suggestion about picking the phone pls help me thanks .iam from vizag,ap.
