I'm using this since for 2 years I didn't get any problems the best phone to buy a unique look and it is comfortable to use awesome features it makes the download very fast which is a quad core processor 2.2Ghz and a 64 bit.best phone in the price of 18000rs.mii phone is 4G.exciting picture quality

Some of my friends use OPPO just for months, and they are having many problems like battery drain, phone switching off on its own and other. The friends using XPERIA phones are using for years and having no problem at all not with battery or hanging problem. If you want very long life and high quality product go for XPERIA Z1.

Sony z1 is awesome set it never disappointed me.am very happy to get it.
There is no hanging problem.moreover sony give best interface look which attract to us.my chalange to all my frends that no one can other company comparison to z1,z2,z3 sets.its totly water proof.
Yeah one problem is that sony cervice center are not give good facilities which disappointed to us.but my set gave problem in two times nd care center gave a new set.

Dont worry I will try to solve your problem. There are few things required to solve your problem please check the following list and see if you are having them
1. Original bill with your name and date of purchase
2. Printed reciept which you got when you submited your phone in SONY Service Center for repair
3. The reciept should contain the problem that you described while submission and the IMEI code of the phone printed on it(SONY Service Center provides printed reciept with problem and IMEI code)
If you have these items I can solve your problem.

M here from Pune.... I got very bad experience of sony service center.while charging my mobile get switched off and after that it was dead.so i went to service center they take my mobile in warranty and after 20-25 days i went for asking my mobile then they said me ur mobile is out of warranty. i ask how is it possible they said ur mobile is bend and refuse to repair my mobile.

AR, 03 Nov 2015Hey bro should I buy zenfone 2 16,2 or xperia Z1One more thing XPERIA Z1 has way better processing speed than ZENFONE 2, but ZENFONE 2 has 4G whereas all the XPERIA Z1 models do not support 4G XPERIA Z1 is C6903 supports 4G so look for the model, if you are not having need of 4G internet service go for XPERIA Z1. Both are good depending on your requirements.

I had problem with the camera and they replaced it. First they refused to do so but then I was stubborn and did not back down. But still SONY should have replaced the phone. Customers should be their first priority in all countries and areas. I hate when a reputed brand disrespects their customers. SONY lost a good customer like you. Feel sorry for them. Wish your problem gets solved somehow.

But what i get? This z1 turn off by own self so many times
I bring to sony center they said the warranty only repair NOT REPLACED. So dissapointed me.... Wont buy sony brand anymore

sachin , 31 Oct 2015It's hv beatry drain problem.very poor beatry performance..... If battery is draining fast then that means the piece you are having is defective. Visit SONY Service Center and get is repaired or replaced. If the phone is in its first 15 days then you can get it completely replaced. Otherwise if in warranty you can get it repaired for free.

Beast of a phone, years old and still going strong and fast even though it's been dropped on concrete several times. Even better than my Samsung galaxy s2 and I loved that phone.

Using it for a month,
Truly a beast in performance.
But,
Nothing very special about this phone.
Battery is okay.
Display is good.
Camera is very good in day but at night superior auto mode makes images over exposed, due to flash and large sensor images bcomes flashy white.
