AnonD-363158, 25 Apr 2015Based on a week observation, after the lollipop update batt... moreAfter I updated my phone a week ago, I had the same battery drain issue, but after doing Factory Data Reset the battery issue was gone, I can now go two days in a single charge. I think one reason is app compatibility as doing the reset wipes out all apps.

priyesh, 23 Apr 2015plz pplz plz HELP I tried my xperia z1 update but on compu... moreI guess your rooted, any signs of rooting will hinder the update, fully unroot first then update, if not rooted try choosing repair phone/tab instead of update.. make sure back up your files for this option will delete your files and will freshly install lollipop.

Based on a week observation, after the lollipop update battery drains faster than kitkat.. maybe on the next update sony will fix this as they did before .. other than that, update was real nice!

For tabs in chrome click on menu >settings >merge tabs n apps.. Switch that off n u will see your tabs again

Haha no idea where my Google Chrome tabs have gone.. Used to be soo simple, open, close them, see them all, like a preview of them etc.. Now have idea how to use my chrome. :(

Got the update yesterday and updated successfully.. It's really good compared to kitkat. Took nearly 2 hours to charge from 14% to 98%. Was getting around 7 hours of rough usage on kitkat and now its 6 hours (only downgrade i found). Camera improved(Y). UI smooth(not a fan of big icons). Overall happy with the update...

I hate the new upadate. Everything is clunky looking. I loved the older version. Is there a way i can go bavk? :-/ also the new update keeps heating my phone up!!!!!! :@

z1 is nice phone but having one problem shut down when it hangs.there,s not any way to get exit from that situation.otherwise Gud phone and looking is great.
