I guess Sony is trying to steal some customer from Apple as many ppl think that all Android flagship is simply too big for them like my sis who using iPhone 4s currently.

Just a perfect powerhouse and pocket friendly device.
With such awesome specs, Hope it packs a good battery.
SONY DOESNT WANT TO COMPROMISE ON THE MID RANGE SEGMENT HOWEVER.

Nowadays, most display including any latest LCD or LED display are all using TFT display/technology, AMOLED is using TFT panel too.

i dont think that the informant provided is relevant as there should be difference between mini and pro like we can compare samsung galaxy s4 and s4 mini there is a lot of diffenece snd in this there is just less difference . maybe i think that it will be casting 5000 less that xperia z1

Greaaaaat,,
This is exactly what ineed .. accept one thing missing is the IR as in Samsung S4 mini, but it is not that mutch issue.
Could any body tell us When it is launches ???

Must be a good sign to see this phone enter the most popular phones section when it's not even announced yet!
IF it comes to the Netherlands, I have found the replacement for my N8. (Now just to get my hands on one of those QX external camera's as well)

Its significantly upgraded the old xperia acro s or the xperia v in terms of their size and 4.3 inch display.

Woah! Now this is what's called a mini. Kept the specs of the flagship device and reduced the size - excellent! It's certainly gonna beat S4 Mini and HTC One Mini. If the price is going to be around $250-$350, then that will be the icing on the cake. Someone on GSMarena commented that Z1 Mini is gonna beat this S4 mini. Looks like he/she was right! Honestly, specs are signalling the phone to cost as much as $400. I can't wait for the launching.

About the TFT screen, guys the specs are preliminary and unofficial so we shall wait and see maybe, maybe....

sony still using the poor cheap TFT screen which's the (oldest) smart phones screen !!!
and putting a fake image stabilization on the good camera will kills the purpose of it !!!
wake up sony we are not in the 70's !!!
