I just purchased this phone and it was ru... moreok man,look there several reasons for that,1st go to wireless setting and make sure u deactivate ur wireless scan always ,2nd if u have facebook and its messenger they consume ur battery like crazy ,uninstall them and at last try to reset factory ur phone,its gonna be fine i guess

ok guys,i've overcome with the problem i faced,some xperia z2 series cant get updates officially! for no reason! things that u must do is to download xperifirm and download the latest android firmware depends on ur region,then u have to convert it to ftf file by using flashtool ver0.9.18.1 then manually upgrade it by using flashtool....

hi, i want to know weather i should buy magnetic charging dock or magnetic cable, are both same or any diff, because price is almost half half,
and second i have wifi issue z2 is not connected some time

Anonymous, 23 Sep 2015try using pc companion via pcwell,i tried,when i connect it,it says ur device is uptodate!!!! there is no new update for ur phone!!!! why?!?!!?!? its 4.4.2 now! come on! how can i fix this problem? a guy in software shop said most of the updates came offline for z2 and u gotto update it offline by a special program in pc!! hahaha!

ok bro,i know it kinda draining fast,today i went to a software shop and they said if u flash it to 4.4.2 u can get update,so they did it when i connect to internet again i checked update center and surprisingly again it says my device is up to date!!!!!!!! its 4.4.2 not even 4.4.4! so how the hell is it possible?! srsly whats wrong with my phone? at least show me updates! how can i fix this problem?!?!

hey guys,just bought z2 today and there is something really weird,first of all i checked the imei on internet and it said it might be correct but we cant recognize it,second,as all of u know android 5.1 rolled months ago and currently my z2 has andorid 4.4.4 and whenever i refresh the update center it says my phone is up to date!!!!!!!! its doesnt show any lollipop update which has been released months ago!! can anyone plz help me ????!!

Hello to all!Few days ago i've tried to charge my phone via USB port because lately i charge it only with the magnet charger its more practical for me,and here is whats happening:when i put usb charger in the usb port the phone indicator the red one goes on and of ,od and of simultaneosly,same is happening with the charging icon on the screen it apperas and in a second its gone,and i cannot transfer data from my Z2 to my PC because the conection is not stabil?Whats happening anybody having the same issues??Some people on the other forums said that the phone might be depolarized by the magnet charger?
