Quick charge 2.0 does not work... it only works in japanese variant xperia z2 (So-...) which is very unfair... I bought this set due to quick charge 2.0... but sony is silent..n its not working ..

Im having a problem...the google search is not always working,some times when i was searching it keeps on rotating rotating ....
Finally no result Then i gave to go to app settings nd then have to select force stop then again it starts working this has been repeating for almost 3-4 times a day even the same thing with google play
Why is it happening nd how can i get out of this

Buy a magnetic charger..its not that expensive..if u frequently closing n opening the flaps it will get loose..

Battery cant breathe out causing it fail or malfunction. Just make it's always off when you're charging it. Just charge it an hour or 2, just make sure that the battery drain to 0% before charging it.this is applicable to all kinds of smartphones. Hope this helps.

Happy Z2 owner here! I must say this phone has fulfilled my needs. One of the android phones that truly has the best battery life, considering android phones usually don't last a whole day. This survives 2 whole days of work and school, with me. In over all, I LOVE THIS PHONE ALREADY.
Anybody who has an idea of a Good camera app? the one in which it can maximize the phone's camera capabilities, specifically pictures.
stock sony camera app does not meet my expectations on it's 20mp camera pictures. It simply doesn't look like it maximizes the hardware.
Advance thank you to anyone who would reply to my query. willing to answer queries on this Z2, and post reviews based on self-experience.

Good afternoon users, I have a problem, my xperia port water proof rubber cover, opens its self even if I make it tight. What could be the cause? Is it the heat that comes out from the phone? Is it because I charge my phone daily? this phone over heating opening camra and shutdown

The z2 is a good device however it fails miserably as a phone. How can a phone perform so poorly I would give up the phone and get my money back if I could. After 3 software updates original issues still exist. I've tested an ee and vodafone handset, it makes no difference.
Firstly making a call, whatever happens, the microphone turns the voice into something like a foreign language unless you speak directly into in at a 90 degree angle away from your face and shout.
Callers say the loud speaker Mic is much clearer however a bug means on loud speaker only the bottom speaker works, it's very quiet and a struggle. Essentially you need loud speaker while holding the phone upside down so the bottom speaker is at your ear and loudspeaker Mic at the top of the phone is at your mouth. An absolute joke, this is Sony. The funny thing is if you record audio not in calls, playback is fine. Skype would be useless. You need a headset or Bluetooth always.
Poor quality isn't limited to network calls as I said a Skype test call along with other voip is poor without a headset.
Google speech doesn't understand commands most of the time, you need a raised speaking voice, normal just won't do. Voice to text, shout or get a good Bluetooth headset Mic.
Camera is ok and lots of special things to play with bit images could be so much better when I compare it with my previous Nokia n8.
Battery is great but with all the hassle, why have a smart phone that's useless as a phone?

What could be the cause?
Is it the heat that comes out from the phone?
Is it because I charge my phone daily?
What should I have to do to make it tight?
Where can I buy the magnetic charger to avoid charging with the usb port?
