Hiya Guys...
I am experiencing something real strange Just bought my xperia Z2 three days back.. Everything was fine until the 4.4.4 update. Now the games are laggy like minion rush and subways surfers they were too damn smooth before.. it can get hot too easily now..
The camera is laggy in manual and superior auto mode but not in other camera modes. :O ..
Now the best part.. It registers a touch even when I a not touching.. :/
when ever my finger is near to the screen the phone registers it as a touch and opens the app and I am not evening thinking of opening that app.. This touch sensitivity is there on whole of the screen except the Home key.. :/
Glove mode is off, Double tap wake up is off call gestures are off.. and not mentioning those beautiful large icons :P .. Couldn't really sleep that night :(

when can i charge the phone ? is it safe to leave it plugged in after completing the charging ?

new 4.4.4 kitkat update has larger homescreen apps...please reduce the size of homescreen apps for the next update ... there is probability of camera shutdown while shooting camera for longer duration especially 4k and 2k (60 frames) video recording..indicating (camera wants to cool)...
scratches occurs in rear camera due to flat surface design....

I purchased my Xperia z2 yesterday . when I used the phone
battery drop quickly. From 100 to 90 I only used 25minutes. It this normal for z2 or not . I also used zultra it only drop 5% for 25minutes. By the way, z2 is 4.4.2(17.1.2.A.0.314). Please answer me.

I cannot upload pics in facebook directly from my album using "Xperia with facebook". Everytime I try it takes ages to upload and then says could not upload.

Chief, 13 Nov 2014I have upgraded to the new firmware for Z2. All is great ex... moreI disagree on the complaints about bigger icons. You no longer have to gi to settings and increase text size for those who can't read. I am loving the new update. It just feels better over all.

Everything is awesome with the new 4.4.4, i like the big icons loog amazing, also the camera mods are perfect. And gold medal for ultra STAMINA MODE :)

I have upgraded to the new firmware for Z2. All is great except for the enlarged icons in the UI.Too big. The added camera modes make the phone heat so badly. Stay away from them for a longer battery life. The biggest pro is the addition of Ultra stamina mode. That mode can last for long, bt once on that mode you enjoy very few features of the smart phone.
Sony, give an option for the large or small ui and create a short cut for Ultra stamina mode, just like for stamina mode.
Overall, the upgrade is fine, no issues detected......yet.

After update save all your contacts to sd card. Move your data from phone memory to sd card. Then go to settings & set to backup and factory reset. Then the phone will restart automatically
