but for games no heating issues,
it had some heating issues for games before.but now sony has given a firmware update no heating issues like before, so please update it.
and if you have problem even after updating it let me know

sir,if you have installed the latest firmware update you wont be getting this problem
it is available in pc companion
have any clarifications ask me.........

this phone sucks. dont take it. i had it, it lags like hell, after playing some low end games like subway surfers it becomes very hot, also the camera in low light is disaster...

How on earth can Sony make it so bloody difficult to open the place you have to get to to plug in the charging cable on the z2 tablet _ it drives me mad every time I have to recharge

Worst experience EVER!
Overheats,
charging malfunctions,
Camera auto turns off when heats up which is... all the time
yes! Awesome camera... when works
Z3 was launched just 6 months after the Z2, so Z2 is worth less for us, owners.
The last and worst... I use (original Sony) magnetic charging cables, a week ago I woke up in the morning and when I unplugged the charger, the magnetic port "unplugged" from the phone within the charging cable.
I took it to where I bought it for warranty and they said that "the unit has to be sent to repair center to verify if applies for warranty and if Sony aproves it". The Carrier Is Orange Dominicana, Dominican Republic.
4 Months since I bought it and has been able to "use" the phone for about three weeks because it's at the repair center all the time.
My respect to those liking this phone, but it's my first and LAST Sony Experience.

after s4 i switch to z2 nd its awesome..
better then s5...!!

Can somebody make a comparison between the Z2 and Motorola Droid. The latest Motorola phone has a more superior specs compared to Z2. It has 21 mp cameraand Snapdragon 805 chipset.

df, 02 Nov 2014now how does a phone that heats up so quickly making it cam... morewhich phone do not heat tell me?? other phone performance decrease when they get heats up. but not Z2. i am using this phone from 3 months. and i am a heavy user. this phone is the best at what its doing.

Spen is busy and clumsy for daily use
Of course,Z3 is more superior than note3
Z3 has no heat issue but" normal heat conduction" occur "

I'm comparing which phone is better, between Samsung Note 3 and Xperia Z2. I heard that the Z2's camera is good but it overheats at times, I also heard that it's touchscreen can sometimes cause random touches to the screen.
The Note 3 is good but I heard that it's camera is also good but is damaged by the 4.4 KitKat update. I've not heard any other problems with this phone besides that it can sometimes overheat.
Which one should I buy for Christmas?

Is kitkat 4.4.4 is out for Xperia Z2 . I have read on some blog that kitkat 4.4.4 is out ?...Anyone has just received that update ? .... i did not get it i live in Pakistan (Karachi)
