This is the best phone out there Samsung uses cheap material HTC has rubbish camera all round this phone gives a good experience it's been voted over 8.5 on every review

Tried the Z2 at 2 different shops, the photos dont appear to be too good for the price. Nor does it sound good despitehaving 2 front speakers. Does this even haveoptical image stabilisation? I am a Sony fan, and was waiting for this z2 to be released. Am not too keen to get it; would prefer the Nokia 1520 over this for photos. Guys try Z2 for yourself before buying the Z2. Not worth the price.

I just bought this phone and after using for 3 days, oh boy i'm really dissapointed..it keeps restarting for unknown reasons and the phone itself has some overheat problems..and i'm not meeting up the promised battery life..for just about 4 hours with 1 hr on screen time, with minimal usage, surfing the net and other stuff it already consumed 30% of the battery..:(, why sony..why??..:'(

sony it really MAKES BELIVE TO THE PEOPLE bcoz its camera quality is unbeliveable..........it is better than galaxy s5 and it work like bullet and nice for making personality between the people..........................prem kant and sandeep

ye i have and i am joining it
some users have problems with 4k include me most of users call it issue but it its a protection app who stop camera when it overheat and it seams it comes on 44C
it mean a hot room make difference
i have install a low class SD (sony says need a class 10)
and i can rec about 3-5min without warning (but cant rec more only 2gb SD) hope this is a software issue not a hardware
low light camera isnt as good as i aspect but on sun is the best i have seen (not vs nokia lumia )
conclusion
if u wanna better camera go buy nikon or canon
before i buy z2 i was ready for htc m8 (s5 never mind)
after some reviews i have decide to buy z2
i can stay here and tell you lot of bullish for z2 and s5 but better way is got to shop and touch them in your hand
my friend have s5 but he says z2 is more better and more faster then s5
i can confirm you there are no lags on z2

i used this sony z2 and i'm always use for watching movie full HD. the sound and picture was perfect ;) it's awesome and make me satisfied

My z2 brilliant, hassle free and superb battery, lots of camera modes for the geeks but on the press of a button it goes to superior mode that does all the hard work, I used s5 against this and decided z2 better option all round and I was right :-) love the phone,

in theory m8 shout win but no resolution
there are 2 different photos macro/land this make difference
3- why water resist is so important for you
will go stay in pool and make photos and videos
z2 is water and dust resist
4 there are many thinks who z2 is better than m8

if you don't want shutdowns in 4k disable steady shot, it takes a huge amount of extra processing, and don't complain because nobody else even supports image stabilization in 4k

Personal experience:
Good
-battery really good can last for more than 1.5 days
-interface really smooth no lagging at all.
-switching between apps very responsive.
-high price/performance ratio, cheaper than S5 M8 but performance more or less the same.
Bad
-phone getting very hot when playing game like need for speed, but still can continue playing without hang or lagging.
-4K video is a joke, just few minutes video auto shut down due to over heat.
-camera, if on the camera more than 10 mins overheat warning message pop up and force to close the camera. Need to wait for device cooling down before camera can use again. Just like those old day, car will get overheat and need to stop at roadside before car can continue move.
-volume not loud enough even if activate XLoud function.

2. dxomark camera review of z2 check it to see how z2 camera beat nokia pureview.
3. no only freshwater for all waterproof and resistant phones... use it in pool not sea..
