Accha, shud i go for a Z2? I'm an iPhone user. Wanna try sumthing new. So, donno if i shud choose Samsung S5 or Sony Z2 or HTC M8.. Please suggest me in details so i don't waste my money.. Thnk u..

    I updated mine yesterday and noticed that I can no longer pair my PS3 pad wirelessly - you have to use an OTG cable. Other minor irritations - you can't switch the phone to silent via the volume buttons, the choice is sound or vibrate only. It now has to be in my pocket at work to it doesn't buzz on the desk. Also, the touch sounds can only be disabled by going into settings - which you could also disable from the volume button shortcut.

    There's no stamina mode, which was much easier to configure than the stuff supplied with the new firmware.

    Only minor niggles with a much improved firmware but the nerve of them, forcing me to use a PS4 pad, when I know the device has the capability to use an older dualshock is an absolute liberty!

    I shall be downgrading tonight.

      For lots of negetive reviews I have finally updated my z2 2 days back via pc suite. I have not done factory reset till now and i dont see any reason to do that.. Now to all the haters who r posting bad reviews about z2 marshmallow update either u expect something 2+ yrs old flagship perform like mi5/S7 or sony hater who's dumping garbage. Now about my experience.. in lolipop antutu 6 benchmark was 50000 but with marshmallow its 57000. Now thats call a true upgrade or optimization. Yes z2 is buttery smooth with marshmellow. Occasional hiccups in call list or in web browser but hey remember guys its a old horse. So keep ur expectations down. Now I really miss the stamina feture but hey the battery life is still great. Im getting 6+hrs on screen time with heavy use in 20 hrs from 100% to 5%. Dont like the new calling UI previous one was better. Overall thanks sony for providing the update and paying homage to a true legendary xperia z2.S o guys without hesitation go for the marshmallow update for ur precio z2 and i think update via pc companion is better option to update ur device.

          Expected a lot from SONY on marshmallow update for z2 but nothing much,better to stay with lollipop. almost 1 GB update with minor changes and camera user skin has been changed which is considerably ok . every app requires user permission. while sending voice note in a whats app i heard my voice and my friend's voice note completely shaky at one time and good when u hear it again. stamina mode which prevailed in earlier version was thrown out now. Sony plans to launch stamina mode again for marshmallow and the work is going on.

          Think once before u go for the update. some users tell about battery drain after update . the battery drain would be mainly because of our anxiety search after making the update .

              I'm planning to trade my T2 Ultra for a new Xperia Z2 so I get some ram and internal storage. Is Z2 have self cracking screen and back glass and overheating issue as I saw over the net? should i keep my T2 and don't trade for Z2 ??

                randomly overheats at times,to almost uncomfortable to the tough levels, the rubber seals on the flaps start to tear after about a year which makes the flaps difficult to close properly, which btw are irritating as hell to continually open and close and at about almost two years the screen just magically decides to stop working properly. Seriously do NOT buy this phone.

                    I'm having a lot of issues after Marshmallow update.. My Bluetooth device is going crazy.. Cannot connect my JBL clip in Bluetooth sometimes.. Need to restart the phone to make it work again.. Microphone issues with line app.. Wifi signal became low..

                    I'm planning to rollback to lollipop..

                      After i up my z2 to marshmallow, i half charGing and half play my fon the battert will decrease?how come?can i downgrade and it affect my data on my fon?for my opinion, lolipop is more much better than marshmallow for z2. help pls. thx

                        Though phone works well without it, however, the "ultra stamina" mode is what i`m missing for sure.

                                      Upgraded to Marshmallow. Battery drains fatser dan lollipop + while listening music on SBH52 the music is breaking. Apart from dis all is fine. Waiting fr an update frm SONY. Mine 6.0.1

                                        Best Sony Phone ever. If you not bring it to the pool. its a phone. not an action camera. big battery. good camera. nice stereo speaker. 3GB RAM.
