Sony Xperia Z2

I have had an unlocked Z2 for about 10months, bought from sony online store with 2 year extended warranty. 2 weeks ago, my phone got broken for no particular reason. No physical damage, whatsoever. it kept optimizing apps and never stops doing that. I contacted with Sony though since they shut down their online store as well as Sony stores nationwide, it really hard for me to have their customer support. THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS NOT WORKING PROPER AT ALL! I am disappointed about SONY even though I love their product.... I would love to keep using their products though they offered me buyout instead of fixing it, while it is still covered with one year manufacture's warranty. I wonder if Z2 is the phone come with this sort of problems a lot????

I'm using Z2 since last 5 months... the phone is really good, but i'm experiencing the wifi issue. Workplace public wifi is good, but at my living accommodation public wifi has an issue. The worst smartphone " flag ship" I ever had . I can not connect to wifi to more than 3 meters from my router while other devices do it easily. The Galaxy S5 , Alpha Galaxy , Including the M4 Aqua Takes better pictures than this piece of trash. Bad, really really bad !!

but if not z2 will be doing all the jobs for you for next couple of years, super battery and camera with excellent processor performance.
