Another Sony phone that will climb UP voting chart for no reason .. they say HTC one M9 as the same yet they find Z4 beautiful , with no offering except the induction of overeating SD 810 ..!!
Triluminous, X reality engine are just words they use to impress.. SONY displays are not very impressive among the flagships ... i hope for Z5 to be different..

This phone only for Japan Market.
No Compact Version.
No International Release Date.
Sony make something unpredictable strategy.
Sony looks like want to bring the older Xperia Z series to better position.
Xperia Z3 looks more Valuable than Galaxy S6.
Xperia Z3 Compact looks more Valuable than Iphone 6 & Galaxy Alpha.
Xperia Z1 Compact looks more Valuable than Galaxy S5 mini & Galaxy A5.

Trying to make sense of the s*** that is sony's mobile devision, and its utterly ridiculous method of releasing the 'same' flagship phone 3 times, and calling it "z2, z3, and now z4"... Wtf is happening? Unless sony has a good reason to do this, i think they just want to suck at making phones period.

1440p and 1080p cannot be differentiated untill with a keen look.i was disappointed because leakes suggested that 4 gb ram comes with z4 but still i will buy this because sony maintains purity and premium feel for its products. I would recommend z4 because of its display technology, camera and beautiful sound which are the major factors for media and gaming. Fingerprint sensor is just for saftey and cannot be considered as a major feature. Sony might be planning to give advanced fingerprint sensor for its next flagship. Sony always maintains a difference. Sony is a trend setter. Sony haters please keep in mind that its the first company to introduce such a unique design, elemental resistance, beautiful display technology and many other.

the king of bezel with no reason.come on sony....
if htc uses big bezel in top and bottom it's for monster and amazing boomsound speakers but z4(z3,2,1 and...)has small and narrow speaker.so why z4 has wide and ugly bezels.this is just for design and no infrared is another weak point.i'm satisfied if know how some people got z4 the excellent vote number!!!!! the sony flagships always have had the worse screen in flagships yet.and so much issue in sony flagships. we know sony name with excellent tv and screen but in mobile not for sure.come on sony and go straight to the top mobile ranking(not only in voting).I'd rather go for M9 or M9+.maybe sony will be my choice in 2016

They always run behind in technology with respect to samsung. Still not able to include infra red, fingerprint and many more sensors..

It has got octa core so it consumes less power than quad core as the load of processing gets decreased on octa core

I hope it is for Japan only. Maybe the international version comes with the different design.

This suggests that Sony are preparing their Z5 series for release soon, hence why they've had such a low key release for the Z4. Z5 expected sometime later this year with the snapdragon 820 and apparently a new design is expected although I love the current design on my Z5 Ultra.

I guess, Sony is really going to withdraw themselves from smartphone market. A same thing happened about a decade ago, when Sony Clie only launched their latest product in Japan before they terminated their line.

It is better sony should not launch Z4..instead they should have designed better marketing strategy to work out on Z3 sales and M4 sales.. The team for Sony phones has gone nuts. Hope I could have helped in designing marketing strategies and product innovation for Sony
