I waited few months and bought Z3.
And I don't regret. Superb phone.
Sony is much better than Samsung.

Though this was about 5 months ago (my comparison between these phones in the store), the situation could've changed since.

Heats a little due heavy gaming or video recording. But I use it for web browsing. So it is not issue. But everything is superb. Go for Z3. Best Z phone ever made.

I did that at the phone store I ordered my Nexus 6 from and the Z3 was slower, but generally still a fast phone and really faster than Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge. With clean Android, the Z3 would most likely be as smooth as Nexus-phones are.

This phone is fast, good photos, loud but the back glass breaks easily. I had to replace it 2 times over the year because it has scattered without droppibg

It does not have Quick Charge 2.0, only a few japanese versions have it (SO-01G, SOL26 and 401SO)

Please don't think anymore. Go for Z3. It is superb phone. Much better than laggy Samsung.
