They might replace or repair.

I bought Z3C 6 months ago. It was an excellent phone for me until yesterday when 3 button (back, home, minimize) were suddently dead.
I tried all method I know to recover but didn't work. So disappointed.
Any one here got same problem? Pls share your experiences. Tks.

I've always been a Sony fan, but I'm sorry to say, Sony is sh*t. I own one Xperia Z3 (D6603). Both cameras were good at first, now front camera snaps blurry pics, back glass cracked by itself. Camera closes by itself because of heat, can't make videos or snap for long. Recently,the screen started giving problems, only the back button works. The home button and the multitasking button don't work at all. The phone heats up like he'll. Z3 is the worst phone I've ever used. Bought this shit in March 2015

Had original Sony Xperia z for 2 years without any problems. Upgraded to z3 and gave my old z to my daughter. Both phones still running beautifully with crystal clear screens,brilliant cameras and fast internet connection. I'm a builder so both handsets have been subject to much abuse with no problems. If you're going to be rough, get a case and glue a piece of 1mm aluminium sheet to the top of the screen side. Makes it virtually bullet proof. Can't recommend these phones enough. Million times better than i stuff and much,much stronger. Hope this helps.

Hye sony, am using z3 D6653 coper. My phone rara camera glass become scratch day by day, so respect to total body this glass is less harder, and also i heared that after one time opening the back cover, it can not fit properly. So i dont want to take any risk, beacust it is expensive so why sony using loww quality glass, and why are broke our trust, and now somebody tell me what i should do, please...

I would like to say a few things that I have experienced with this phone.
Before I start I want you to know what smart phones I have used in the past so you know what I am comparing to.
In the correct order with oldest phone first.
Samsung nexus 2
Iphone 4
Iphone 5
Samsung s4
Samsung galaxy note 4
After a lot of irritation regarding bloat ware on the spamsung phones I went to a local mobile store and explained that I wanted a "phone" without bloat ware and with decent battery time.
I am pretty sure now that the seller had no clue what bloat ware is because this sony-phone was worse , it has alot more...
Sure, it has a really good running time between each full charge.
But it come with overheating problems and a touchscreen that triggers in your pocket.
Infact I lost alot of stuff on my phone because it thougt someone was trying to brute force unlock the screen lock and went to complete lock mode.
That along with the bloat ware apps that do what they want with your private photos without asking you for permission and spamming you with "offers" via xperia lounge more often then not made me once again re-think wether should ever buy a sony phone ever again.
Sure, you can disable most of them but after the first complete lock and reinstall I got somewhat tired of having to reconfigure these things again while k owing that the same may happen again any time soon.
I know this is mostly negative feedback but this is truly how I feel about this phone.

I got my Xperia Z3 almost a year ago. The problem started exactly after 7 months when suddenly my phones voice output stopped. I could not hear the other person on the line as well as the songs. Submitted the phone to an ASC and got it back after almost 15 days. Was happy that the speakers were working well finally, but within a couple of days I realised that my call was dropping quite frequently. I changed my sim card, tried a different service provide, compared it with other users, and realised it was the phone again. Submitted the phone yet another time to this ASC. I got it back after 20 days after a lot of frustrating follow ups. The phone is finally with me and the problem isnt solved yet. The phone heats up like you could fry an egg on it!! I could not receive a single call on my birthday because of this device. I wish to return this phone and buy an iphone ior even a Micromax instead!!!! Too frustrated with #Sony. I would never recommend Sony phones to none!!!
