service is very bad my z2 camera in not working they give me estimate for repair is 27500/-
i refused then after 10 days they return my cell completely dead they are giving me the reason water dameg but i never used this phone in any liquid conditions worst brand
i feel cheated

man the moie is too bad charging slow but good it not so slow it when i open camera it close by itself when i have a many cut it close the camera the front camera is so bad 4k dont work good when i oen the camera it close to cool down apature size not very good cat 4 is not good focal length is 25mm . 1/2.3 that not good i ant is better if one saw this say that i am true or not

phone still goes off after performing cache wiped, erasing data & rebooting. Is it possible to downgrade to kit kat or upgrade to marshmallow? if so how?

-While your fone is off, press nd hold power button nd volume up button.
-While in the menu -wipe cache then -erase all data then -reboot device
-case closed...

The same thing is happening on their devices. Just take an iphone 5s and updated to last iOS version and you'll get half of performances you bought the phone with.
