i have been using a Sony xperia Z3 for last many months, I love the phone. Big pro is the battery life which easily gets me over a day with 30% to spare after 24 hours - this is a rarity in today's high end smartphone. Camera is good but not exceptional. Sound & Display are good. I will recommend it. If you can afford the price difference and want to go for a better camera then look at LG G4.

You can .. It's very much customizable and the Sony UI is amazing in itself !

Is this device still waterproof if I have a very little Crack beside the front camera. This Crack is like one inch long. I'm worried if it's still waterproof?

Updated the Sony Z3 in Lollipop 🍭 5.1.1...
Smooth UI, fast performance, front camera best, back is just good and the RAM management is better ( only 53% - 61%),increase the battery 🔋 life But the charging time is too much ( approx 2.3 hours to 3 hrs)
And the sound level of Front speaker is low than kitkat...

Hi all,
Do not update to the latest software. I did it and since then it has all gone wrong!! My Sony X3 compact used to be one of the best phones I have had, since the update, it is now the worst!
The phone overheats all the time (hotter than the sun). It will turn on in my pocket and turn on all sorts of features, most annoyingly the flash light as the only way I can turn it off is to turn off the whole phone!! It will basically open lots of applications, change my home-screen, all sorts and it is really frustrating.
Battery life has also gone from being great to not lasting until the evening.
I really hate iPhone but they do make the hardware and software and their latest advert plays on this because they know the other brands are failing to keep up with Androids Updates. Purely for this reason alone I am thinking of switching to iPhone (never thought Id say that!!) Its sad too because Android is so much better, they just don't last more than 18 months!
FIX IT PLEASE.

This phone is rubbish. Just upgraded from the Z - it's now much more laborious deleting emails and I can't find out why my battery icon flashes when it's supposed to be charging, but doesn't. I'm not the only person with this problem, as I've found out online, but there are no answers. Don't buy it.

it is a osmmm cell for this generation
it's have all features that man want in a cell
i'm using this cell from 1 year and now also it"s running very smoothly,,,,,I LOVE THIS
now m using lolipop 5.1 in cm12

I love!, love!, this phone. The best phone I have ever owned! I have NO issues with my Z3 when it comes to over heating and software! It runs perfect with no lag and battery life is not affected at all!. In fact I can go almost 2 full days with heavy usage and I would still have atleast 20% battery life left!
Also you cannot beat the fact that the Z3 is water and dust resistant,has a great battery , 2 front loud speakers, expandable memory option up to 128 gig, 20.7 mega pixel camel with 4K video, and the list goes on and on!
Over all and once again, I am very happy with the Sony Xperia Z3 and I am looking forward to the next Xperia Z smartphone!
