I want to purchase the xperia z3 but my frnds are suggesting me to buy LG G3 becoz it hav QuadHD display...iam vry confused...plz hlp me guys...for wch i can go for??

I updated mine and it does the ... moreHi..the heating issue is still there with lollipop 5.1.1 update..i have both S5 and Z3..i did my activity mostly with S5 and playing music and games with Z3..Z3 heating up just by playing music with screen is off. S5 still manage to keep the temperature at minimum with consistent browsing, messaging, sosialising..there is a serius heating issue with the Z3 style of build..and my best guess is, the water resistance feature of this phone had Sony factory build this phone so tight with no gap in the inner hardware for the heat to come out..kudos for build quality, but serious issues with heat..that is all..bye..

jeff, 04 Aug 2015how about the heating issue on z3? did sony figures it out ... moreUpdate your phone to 5.1.1. I updated mine and it does the trick. Less heating when I play heavy graphic games and when I used it as a hotspot (which I do a lot). :)

why does the sony xperia z3 heat up so much ? The average temperature of this device is 35 degrees celcius on light usage. On camera its 45 and above and gaming also.
Can someone tell me please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anonymous, 05 Aug 2015Would you suggest to get this phone or the LG G4. I'm torn.... morego for the G4 if you don't need the IP certification. you won't go wrong with the G4's front and main camera. Plus the Snapdragon 808 doesn't heat up that much compared to the 810. Display-wise, the G4 's no pushover.

Don't buy sony phone if your screen crack. its not repaired in service center . only exchange this phone and charge will be 80% bill of phone.
