- bigger screen (not so much, not a big deal)
galaxy s6 over xperia z3
- better camera (not that much and not a big deal)
- better screen resolution (not a big deal)
- finger print scanner (not a big deal)
- lighter and slimmer, more compact (not a big deal)
- heart rate monitor (big deal)
- better looking phone (big deal)
- better processor and gpu (not a big deal)
- IR blaster (not a big deal)
for the price of less than 250 to 300 USD with very good battery, excellent sound quality, stereo speaker, IP68 certified, good looking phone, and very good camera, i will definitely go with the xperia z3
but if the price difference is around 100 USD, i might consider the galaxy s6

Anonymous, 06 May 2015by all means go for z3.samsung s6 is a cheater phone.u see ... moreActually u can know if ur s6 has a samsung or sony sensor before u buy it, and sony sensors are cheap, and display of s6 is much better than z3, s6 better in processing, sensors arent everything.so dont judge just because you love sony because probably u have a sony phone.

Anonymous, 06 May 2015z3 has the best image quality. if u dont know how to use a ... moreThe camera in z3 is small which doesnt lets lots of light in it and even with its 20.7 megapixel canera its not very decent and s6 with camera 16 mega pixels close to the 20.7 megapixels is better and s6 is much stronger in processing but prefer note 4 when it comes to batter but also s6 has pixels in screen higher than the z3 which is like the z1!!!s6 is better in lollipop with the 3gb of ram.

bought Z3 from Ebay Philippines, have it for over 5mos.now. No issues except that if using the camera, it's heating (I think maybe becoz of its high resolution too).
other than that, I've no other issues. Love its speed, its interface, its battery life, everything about it, and I'm a proud Z3 user. :-)

I have upgraded my z3 Indian version to 5.02. now my phone get so heated that I can't even talk keeping in the ear.. Charging takes 4 hrs for full charge. While charging it gets heated like hell. And can't use Wifi or 3g while charging( be careful it myt burst). My battery now drains like my pee drains out in a min.Speaker sound is too low . Screw you sony. Need immediate update

Anonymous, 07 May 2015phone screen is shatter proof glass made by sony, it's not ... moreI use Phantom Glass screen protector which is Gorilla Glass and probably harder than Z3 screen, but still shows fine scratches when handled without gloves on construction sites. Brightest screen of any android phone and easy to see in strong sunlight.
