Still got the Xperia Z, didnt get it for the water proof thing, got it only for the contract package. My advice for everyone jumping on the bandwagon of waterproof this and waterproof that is leave the waterproof to accidental only rather than jumping in a pool or shower with it. Still a good phone with slickness.
tried my hands at other phones (samsung/HTC) but cannot get use to the useability making this phone too easy to use. Contract ends soon and will be considering the Z3 or possibly Z4 which I hope is a BIG improvement to all the negative reviews about the Z3.

Really good phone compared to a Samsung galaxy S5!! the phone is made from good materials, big screen, fast cpu, battery is ok, could be better.

jkel, 17 Jan 2015I bought this phone last december thinking that its the bes... moreSounded like a reasonable review of the phone until your moan about the lack of features which makes it obvious that either you are just not very tech smart or you are a troll. The call barring settings and the reject call with a text message can be easily found in the call settings sub menu. Anyone who has actually used this phone as a daily driver would have found these 'features' within a minute of using the phone. In any case they are hardly what I would call features of a smartphone as I would imagine your £10 bog standard pay as you go phone would probably have them too. I really struggle as to what motivates people to flame phones from a different manfacturer.I can only think they must be seriously lacking something in their lives.
The reality is though that there is currently very little to choose between the various android flagships mainly cos they all use the same operating system, they have the same processor the same internal memory. Hence the growth in the inclusion of gimicks such as slo mo, fingerprint security, stereo speakers (what exactly is the point of stereo speakers on a phone, ie when and how often would you actually use them) and the plethora of health apps. The tech plateaued in 2014, thus you have a range of phones that are all quite similar in quality, hopefully 2015 will be different.

Got a very bad experience... Going to worse.
Bought the brand new Z3 by Jan 1st week. Now something is rattling inside of the device. Called the customer care. As usual, go the customer care, give them the track ID bla bla bla...
Now after buying the expensive stuff, I have to go to the customer care after taking leaves !!!
Please think multiple times before buying these kind of Sony Products.

@jon: using antutu benchmark, usually antutu detect the fake/clone phone as "unknown" type.

Well i definitely think this phone is an awesome phone..as its water resistant but havent tried it underwater. Any suggestion :(
