The only problem with this phone its slippery , it can fall from your hand at any time , the front and back are like glass also the fram arrount the phone is also slippery because its a round shape . i think if they make the back of the phone aluminum and the frame not round shape it will be more easy to handle , according to the rest its a very nice phone , much better than the samsung S5

I got sonyxpria z3. Its best fr camera n media.
Hardware is good. Design good.
Few drawbacks.. Not handy...so slipry while usng wid one hand..pluck ur hair wen keep on right ear bcz of tht sd card/usb slot cover.
No video calls ovr 3g
No scr rotat direct frm photo or video,everytime has to go to top pull down bar...
Wen u pull down, notice bar appears frst
While we need always shortcuts menu on direct pulldown of status bar.
Keypad dnt give direct access to numbers.
So u need to compromise on some good samsung user friendly options For
An excellent camera.
And ps4 connectuvity.
Otherwise all is same

I am w... moreHello. I can tell you some true facts about HTC and Sony phones. I Would put HTC and Sony both in overall 9/10 because they have real quality. LG is in my opinion overall 8/10 and Samsung like 7.5/10. I have had HTC, Samsung and LG phones befor a Sony phone.
If you gor for a phone with a long shut than go for HTC or Sony, I recommend both. I am not going to tell you details about HTC because there are no such negative things about their phones, their phones are the smoothest around. You have asked for Sony.
I have tested some Xperia phones, I haved myself Xperia Z1 (tested also Z1 Compact), now I have Z2, I tested also Z3 and Z3c. The best of them was suprisely the Z3 Compact for allday usage. The most power comsuptioned was the Z1 because of its display. The best of them for the budget is Z1 Compact. Z2 and Z3 are not so different so you could say that the Z3 is just a "fresh younger sister" but most expensive of them all.
Lets go from beggining. Z1 is a good phone, it has a quality build, big screen, many functions, nice camera, a chipset that is still rockin, no lagg, fast, easy to use but the display is killing the battery. The display itself is not so bad when viewing directly on it (very crisp) the viewing angles are terrible but I personal do not care much about them, I do not watch a phone by side and if someone watches at you phones from side that is not your problem. But what I care is baterry life and on the Z1 it is terrible only because of the display. Lets go on with the Z1 Compact.
The Z1 Compact is in its internal the same like Z1 but very better in bettery life because it has an IPS display (not like a standard tft in Z1) and also colors and viewing angles are better. It has a smaller screen but thats is a big advantage. It eats less power and is easier to use with one hand because of the overall size of the phone. What is also bad on both Z1 and Compact is the speaker, it is very quiet. Now it is Z2 on the line.
Z2 has all you need, very nice display, crisp, punchie colors, it is also an IPS panel, the hardware is excelent, camera is amazing, the phone has also nice stereo speakers (only HTC and Sony phones have nice stereo speakers), you can record in 4K if you will, Full HD in 60fps and 720p in 120fps. The bettery in Z2 lasts very long, with hard ussage about a day to day and a half, with a normal ussage also two days or more in stamina mode (also few days in Ultra stamina but without many functions). The last two are pretty much the same like the Z2, the only difference between Z3 and Z3 Compact is in RAM and the body. Compact has less Ram memory, instead of 3GB like Z3 it has 2GB, everything else is the same. There are little improvments from Z2 but not that big, the processor is the AC version instead a AB from Z2 so its clocked to 2.5 GHz from 2.3 GHz, Camera lenses have a wider capturing angles and the IP ratings are better. There is still Omni-balance desgin, Z3 and the Compact have some small differences.
Conclusion:
When you buy a phone like Xperia than you are buying a phone for a longer period. It has quality and therefore Sony Xperia models have high reputation. You must just watch on your phone and do not smack it like some idiots are doing on youtube. If you can, buy the original International version, some other unknown versions have problems but thats is also logical.

I am waiting to get one, and so far I have always had Samsung, but I am tired of it, so many problems and battery is not good, freezes, slow down, buggy, etc
so can someone share your experience with Sony please, I will read all the posts

I just got my Xperia Z3. Its now my second Xperia but after my experience with my first one I already knew this phone is in a league of its own. By far the best choice for a phone.
