Guys anyone having the same problem my z3 lock and volume buttons feel life less I meant it not feeling hard but very soft but it function's well recently i went to shop where you can use demo phones. & there the buttons were little stiff than my phone.... Is this a factory defect or not? Has any one has the same problem... Pls let me know soon?

My own Z3 is perfect... moreThe phone could have been perfect if it was scratch resistant, mine is barely a month old and it fell off a low coffee table and got scratches, good finish but poor material. S omething durable would have been better for a phone that's dust and water proof. I wish I took the blackberry passport instead. Disappointed 😞

Hi Z3 users, can you please tell me the output of the sony charger provided in the box along with Z3. Whether it is 5v-1500mA or 5v-3000mA. My charger had issue on the first day of purchase and replaced it in service center. They have given 1500mA header. I remember the box piece has 3000mA. Please clarify

Without having Z3 really, you make a clever troll, pointing galaxy alpha is good
But, Alpha is a low quality phone with metal body with a carbon copy to iPhone
Alpha cannot compete other metal phones ( HTC, Sony)
Z3 has smooth performance and excellent quality
Z3 doesn't have lags like touch wiz
Z3's camera is great and top speed

I turned of NFC ,and turned off email sync.
and battery is better now ,
In fact , best betterylife up to now ever i seen .
Now I think , battery will last long 15 hours with mixed usage .
But I m not that fully satisfied .
Camera is 21mp , its good , but still not as expected .
But best in low light , compared to other phones.
Phone is not smooth as it should be .
slight lag when going from any app to lets say, the home screen? It happens frequently with me, in fact, when going to the home screen sometimes the wallpaper is not even there, it takes about an additional second for it to appear.
I think I made a mistake to buy Z3 ,
But battery life is very impressive and better than all phones .
It prevents me to sell Z3 .
Display quality of Z3 is average
Sony ui is not good , little Jerky .
Asphalt8 is running not that smooth as my friend's iphn 5s .
If u are from India , there is not much difference between Z3 and iphn 6
Only 4,000 INR (60$ only )
Also HTC M8 is good option at 40,000 , But camera of M8 is worst
also good option is Galaxy Alpha
My friend just bought it , and seriously
Its superb phone compared to my Z3 , but battery is average and last long only 9 hours for mixed use.

I purchased my Z3 a few weeks ago. I noticed the camera images just didn't seem to render the correct color in various conditions. The issue, which I can confirm and have, is a pink spot in the photos.
I took the phone to the shop; their response: "Yes, we see it. Send it to Sony." GREAT!
Here is the problem as I see it: The pink/red issue is not always visible. So sending it in for service may result in a classic: "We checked it and didn't see it." Or, "Never heard of this before."
I now cannot recommend this phone! Do not buy!

There is no protection, aside for the 'Dragon Glass.' This glass is easily scratched!

you guys are so annoying. i dont even know why you guys keep debating about which phone is better. it's usual preference.im using xperia z3 and it's really performed well. no bug or freeze or lag noticed from the first time i bought this phone. running smooth as butter and fast. i don't say that this phone is better than iphone. coz it's a comparable phone to iphone and its way cheaper in my country ( z3 costs 750$ and iphone 6 costs 1100$). if the iphone costs the same with z3 , i probably will buy the iphone 6 because i like the way apple keep the iphone simple but really usefull. i never see a phone as fluent as iphone and i think that's the reason why a lot of people buy an iphone. so it's all about preference. if you like costumizeable phone you must choose android. if you like simple and fluent phone you gotta choose iphone. please don't give such a useless argument if you just compare the specs ,it jut on paper. in real life will be just different. GROW UP!!!

I bought the Z3 Dual two days ago (KSA,)
to replace my iphone 5, i was very reluctant to jump ship from iOS to Android. but Xperia Z3 is the only phone with build quality to match Apple's.
The phone is sexy to hold, camera and its short cuts are AMAZING and not any gimmiks, it does what it is asked to do, the 20megpixls give detailed images.
More over the biggest plus is its PHENOMINAL battery, and the stamina mode really is good , i come to bed at the end of the day with 20% battery and i'm a heavy user...
I am enjoying Andriod and love it that you can tweek everthing , however I miss alot of applications (games) that are not yet available on android, Ios is way ahead in apps. especially waiting for "world of tanks blitz game"
I give this phone a 10 out of 10 and reminds of how revolutionary iphone 4 was

And the Sony Xperia z3 body is a glass made only ( front & back)..while heating time u feel more warmth on the back panel...casual one...
You don't have to panic for that...
And the battery depends on your usage..
Playing like HD games as I mentioned above... Battery drains faster...
And activate stamina mode & ultra stamina mode to improve your battery endurance... Go to settings >power management >stamina mode& ultra stamina mode...

If I turn off X-reality engine ,
HD games like asphalt 8 and mc5 are running more smoothly with little more frame rates .

Hii guys , I got my Z3 yesterday .
Sony guys said me , this phone has 2 day battery life .
I have charged my phone 80% at 8am ,
Than i did 30min. Of phone calls ,
Little browsing
Than I listened music around 15min
Than played Modern combat 5 : Black out for around 45 min. ,
And I have only 27 % battery left right now at 1 PM .
Is it normal or I should contact Sony centre ??
Also my phone heat up too much like hell when I played modern combat 5 ,
When I checked tempreture , its showing
50 degree , OMG
Other than that , phone little warm up when using .
I should say this problem at service centre too or normal ?
