I have done this mistake to buy D6616 because I got tempted of 32GB internal and I have returned it after using it for 2 days .....that was my biggest Mistake I have ever done.... It has not been got Marshamallow and bloatwares degrade its performance so I will always recommend D6603.... if you willing to buy Z3\

Why would you not r... moreThere are two variants of Z3 which have 32 GB Internal...... those are carrier varients one is T-Mobile D 6616 and Verizon variant .... the problem is they are full of bloatware and stuck on lollipop.... there is no XDA developer support I would recommend you to buy UK variant D6603 it has Marshmallow update and has huge Developer support .....which means you can instal custom roms and new adroid version if avaialable
