            Using Z3 for 1.2 years, with Marshmallow 6.0.1 update, the battery life is very good, superb standby.. Also camera focus very2 fast, less heat when playing video.. I don't know, maybe it just me, but now my Z3 running blazing fast, system running super smooth.. Another thing, this is Sony.. 'art'..

                  Mine is 7 to 9 hours, but gsmarena says it could stand 11 hours.

                                  Anyway factory reset your phone. It may help.
                                  Also you can order a screen from eBay. It is cheap. And give that screen to any service center. They will replace it with cheaper price.
