Personally I do not quite like LG's design and since it's also one of the thigns that matter to me while making decision on a phone - I chose Sony. I'll wait for Lollipop for this phone and see if it helps. My colleage's Nexus 4 lasts ca. 30% longer on Lollipop.
If it however will not help for Z3 Compact - I'll switch to HTC One M9 Dual (the current one has this infamous 4 MP camera :/ ) My friend owns One M8 Dual and despite having 2 SIMs active all the time - the phone lasts 2 days without a problem with similar usage conditions as mine.

Battery life of this phone is a joke!
Before switching from iPhone 5 to an Android device I've read many positive opinions that this phone has really impressive battery life. I bought it and after 5 days of usage I may easily say - not true. It lasts more less the same amount of time as my 2 years old iPhone 5 used to live = more less 24 hours. I do have WiFi switched on for more less 14 hours a day + Exchange mail running in 'push' mode and browse the Web on my phone for more less 3 hours a day.
I switched to Android as I was starting to think that Apple only tells bullshit about how efficient their devices are. Sadly it turned out to be truth... Android devices are very power inefficient. So if this phone impresses whoever with it's battery usage - I do not even want to know how it looks like on other droids... :(

Battery 2days full for normal usage with on mobile data, screen on 7hours.

I think this is best "mini phone". Great camera, top notch specifications, very good screen, amazing speakersetc.

Please Sony remove this midrange flop from the market and release something competitive for a change, first you downgraded from the superfast Xperia SP into worthless Cortex A7 phones with superweak Adreno 305 that noone is buying, even the HD display was reduced into low end qHD. And then downgraded Z1 into this POS with 2012 specs? Something aint right here, tech is supposed to move forward and yet the better Xperia phones are in the past

No. Dont let your sanity slip away over a phone, this is a big flopp that noone mainstream care about, people are buying iPhone 6 and Galaxy Alpha and you know its true, and we also know they are doing the right thing.
