The phone is performing well, but there is overheating problem, and is very sensitive.
After 2 month hairline crack at the back, no drop.
After 5 month camera gone from 20cm drop.
I wouldn't recommend the phone, as the sony support center is the worst one, I have ever met. Send a phone to Kent, as there is no official office in London. Come on!
To let the phone checked whether it is under warranty or not, it's not easy. You are liable the cost, if the Sony very likely does not accept the defect. (Why the hell he would do)
1, The calling voice is very-very poor, poorer than my LG KM900 arena. (7 years phone)
2, Pink blotch issue at the front camera. (although the software is fixing some problem, picture will be obscured n this case)
3, You can play with the new game, but it tends to overheat and suddenly stops application. (I have noticed some time, that the device has been stopped suddenly)
It's a good packed phone, but i'm pretty sure, that you will have problems under 6 month, and the warranty is a jeopardy, if the phone has not been lost at the postage, as Royal Mail does not provide just limited insurance on it. (100 pounds I think)
So i think it's very risky to use. I cannot use my camera, and i'm just thinking, whether I dare to send it back.
I didn't dare to send back, when the mistarious one hairline crack has happened, as it is unrealistic to prove, that it was a defect.

The screen is not great at all.

Had this phone for about 2 months, was told it was super sturdy and I didn't even need a case. I dropped it, it broke. So I got it fixed, put a protective case and screen protector on there, it fell off a table and broke. The screen is obviously flimsy, anybody know any phones that are sturdy. My Iphone broke less then this phone, and that's saying alot.

it is disappointing, this phone's screen breaks easily. had it since Dec. fell from a very small height and now the screen is broken on a flat surface.

I go to the beach andctravel a lot tho, and battery is G3's weakness, an extra batt/powerbank might solve this but its more convenient not to carry those on my trips. Waterproofing too as waterproofing g3 is quite difficult. But the display and awesome front and back cam is really making me stay.lol. too bad z3c was not offered in my country for phone plans.

But after seing the M4 presentation, I would go for the M4 instead of the Z3c now. It's half the price for almost the same specs.

I updated to lollipop yesterday and it seems to be working well. I have not noticed any bug yet.

Had this phone since beginning of December. Everything perfect with it. Overheating? I did notice it became warm after skyping for 30 min or more on wifi. Slowdowns?? Never. I have been impressed since day one. The one word that comes to mind when i think of it is 'Slick'. Everything is soooo slick, responsive and fast. I haven't used it underwater. I am considering getting on of the magnetic connector leads for charging. That way, i don't have to open the flap to charge it. Battery life is very good 1 day heavy usage, 2 days lighter usage. With Stamina mode on, it lasts all weekend. Best phone I ever had.
